ON TREND AVANT-GARDE FEMALE STYLING LOOK FOR 2015.

The competition is open to all UK and Ireland residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L’Oréal (UK) Limited
(the “Promoter”) employees, their immediate families or friends.
Entry to the competition is free.
Only one entry per person.
Entries must be received on or before 1st May 2015. The Promoter reserves the right to revise this date and
extend the period for accepting entries to the competition in the event of circumstances arising beyond its
reasonable control.
Entrants warrant they have ONLY used hair styling products from the Shu Uemura Art of Hair range to style the hair
as part of the submission for this competition. In the event, that this transpires that this is not the case the Promoter
reserves the right to disqualify the stylist and the judges will select an alternative.
The finalists will be notified by 18th May 2015 by email/telephone and will receive a formal invitation to the
photo shoot.
All finalists need to be available to attend their selected photo shoot day.
Accommodation and transport for the finalists will not be covered, these are all to be arranged and paid for by the
competition finalists themselves.
Entries cannot be returned and are the property of the Promoter. Copyright and all other rights and interests in each
entry will be and are hereby assigned to the Promoter. The entries may be used for post-event publicity (including
local newspapers) or for internal purposes. Entrants waive any moral rights under the Copyright, Designs and
Patents Act 1988.
Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of posting will not be accepted as
proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost damaged or delayed entries.
In the event that a winner leaves their salon during or after the event, the new salon will be credited in all
promotional material.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add to or waive any of these terms or conditions, or to
cancel the competition at any stage, in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
By entering this competition, entrants will be deemed to be bounded by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
English Law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with
