CitraHarmoni Sidoarjo Launched New Houses at Stamford Cluster
Sidoarjo – CitraHarmoni launched new type
of house at Stamford Cluster, a cluster with
shade and green landscape, supported with
complete facilities, namely New Casterton,
with land building of 68 sqm and land area of
96 sqm. The concept is about a two-storey
building with all needs of customers fulfilled
there and is offered at Rp 600 million.
Payment can be done through 10% of down

The Taman Dayu Held Open House for Chinese New Year Celebration

CitraRaya City Jambi Held Talk Show and Gathering to Welcome Chinese New Year
Jambi – To welcome the Year of Horse in Chinese calendar, CitraRaya City
Jambi held programs included talk show and gathering for its potential
customers, with the theme of Prospect of Business and Prosperity in the
Year of Horse 2014.
The event was held at Diamond Room of Aston Hotel on 24 January 2014,
with the presence of Suhu Mas Dian, MRE (Siek Dian Setiawan), a master
in real estate fengshui as guest star for the talk show.
A total of 200 invitees participated in the event and they were very
enthusiastic with the talk show. In the Question and Answer session,
invitees were welcomed to ask directly to Suhu Dian, regarding the art
and science of fengshui and its use in the practice of life.
This time promotion offered was 3%-discount and gifts for purchasing of house during the event. This event was also a
soft launching of Royal Palm cluster of residential.
Lotus Festival at Ciputra Mall Jakarta Welcoming the Year of Horse
Jakarta – To welcome the year of Horse 2565, Ciputra Mall Jakarta held an
event with the theme of Lotus Festival, starting from 22 January to 9
February 2014 at Center Court of Lower Ground Floor of the mall. Various
special Chinese New Year entertainment and performances were shown at
this event. One of them, which became the highlight was Lotus Festival
Performances, a series of performances consisted of Percussion Battle,
Wushu, Lotus Dance, performance of Maria Idol and ended with Lion Dance
at the Table, which reflected bearer of fortune from all directions: West,
East, South, North and Center.
This event was also packed with shopping giveaway, that for shoppers who spent minimum of Rp 500,000 in all Ciputra
Mall’s shops in one bill on the same day got chance to catch fortune in the lotus pool, with the prizes of red packet
contained cash amounted to Rp 500,000 and other prizes.
Welcoming Year of the Horse at CitraLand Denpasar with Fengshui Talk Show
Denpasar – On Sunday, 9 February 2014 CitraLand Denpasar held an
event to welcome the Year of Horse. The event was packed with
fengshui talk show by Jenie Kumala Dewi, who has academic
background in architecture and earned her master in the same field with
the topic of Fengshui Research in the Design of Suntec City Singapore.
Apart from free fengshui consultation, customers and visitors could also
watch the attraction of lion dance, took part in Chinese calligraphy and
watched ballet performance and acoustic band as well. Customers and
visitors could also taste New Year’s special dish.
For houses purchased during that event, customers would get many prizes, such as gold coin and direct prizes which
could be taken from the fortune tree. And for the price, purchasing during the event still used existing price as price
would increase starting from the day after. This means that customers who bought houses during the event would

Open House for Prosperous Chinese New Year at CitraSun Garden Semarang
Semarang – On 26 January 2014, CitraSun Garden Semarang held an open house at the project
site in front of the show unit of Aquamarine Ruby Hill cluster. The open house was held to
welcome the transformation to Year of Horse on 31 January 2014. And to get the feel of oriental
atmosphere, the tent used was decorated in special colour of Chinese tradition, such as red and
gold. Customers and guests were treated with special China dish, consisted of various types of
dim sum. Apart from that, to get more festivity, when they arrived, they could take picture in
China style at the photo booth as well as asked about their fortune to the fortune teller there.
And also the exciting one was the red packet (angpao) tree as the special promotion for January
this year. Customers who paid booking fee on that day would get opportunity to take the red
packet with special promotion from CitraSun Garden Semarang inside.
Oriental Parade at CitraGrand Semarang
Semarang - For this year, Chinese New Year celebration at CitraGrand Semarang was held by presenting Oriental Parade
event on 2 February 2014. Various programs were organized to welcome the year of Horse and together with the parade,
CitraGrand Semarang also offered sales of San Francisco shop houses as well as launched a new type of luxurios 2-storey
houses called Amoirre, which are located on the main road that only one step from the residential gate and commercial
area.
Carrying the theme of Luxury Home Green Ambience, customers were pampered with the green, clean and neat
environment. Amoirre adopts a trendy, modern and minimalist architecture concept and is designed as a house without
gate, but is completed with underground infrastructure and 24-hour security system.
During this celebration day, various competitions such as singing, reading poems and tales in Mandarin and making
paper lanterns were held and were participated by Yuki Course students. Parents of the students could take short course
making glazed rope which can be used for key chain as well as bracelet for childrens

Cheerfulness and Abundant of Fortune at Ciputra World Surabaya
Surabaya – The atmosphere of Chinese New Year has been felt since early of January 2014, included in Ciputra World
Surabaya (CWS). This time, CWS presented Spring of Fortune, the Magnificent Year of the Wooden Horse from 11
January to 19 February. In the series of the events, CWS also presented various special Chinese performance to
accompany visitors shopping at CWS. Including the performances were from Marlupi Dance Academy, Wayang Potehi
show, classic Chinese dance and Meet and Greet with Cai Shen Ye or God of Money, from 24 January to 2 February on
weekdays at 4 p.m. and weekend at 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. In the meet and greet event, visitors can take pictures with the God
of Money and its maids. And the most special was the ventriloquist show with ventriloquist from Singapore, Patrick
Wan, from 21 January to 7 February at 6 p.m.
Patrick Wan, who is famous for showman, ventriloquist and magician had once perfomed in “Incredible People”, a
Japanese TV show which was broadcasted to all over the world. Having been a professional ventriloquist for more than
20 years, he is able to make the audiences laughing with his human puppet , cultural themed song, music from various
races which are packed into a very exciting comedy show.
As the winner of Singapore Talentime in 1994 and the best of singing ventriloquist, Patrick has also been chosen as the
only artist who represented Singapore in international event of 2009 Magic Extravaganza in Malaysia. He also performed
in China National Television and became the first foreign talent who performed in Shanghai Arts Festival and became
more and more popular with more than 50 million hits in Web Channel in China.
“Apart from the shows, we still had Barongsai and Liang Liong performance on 25, 26 and 31 January, and 1, 2, 8, and 9
February. We also had A Magic and Bizarre Show on 8-9 February”, said Ms. Stephana Fevriera, promotion coordinator
of CWS. “Visitors who spent their money in CWS could also test their luck by participating in the promotion program
with exciting prizes during January and February. They could also bring their kids to take part in various competitions,
such as dance, fashion, art and craft and colouring”, she added. They could also take pictures in photo booth with
various Chinese New Year theme costumes.
During this Chinese New Year, visitors of CWS who shopped during 12 January to 28 February were ascertained to get
fortunes with the presence of Lucky Fortune program, which provided red packets with millions of cash as the prizes.
Periods of shopping were devided into three periods: 12-27 January, 28 January – 12 February and 13 – 28 February.
Prizes include a return ticket Surabaya – Singapore for 2 people from Garuda Indonesia, voucher for staying at SwissBelresort Watu Jimbar Sanur Bali and shopping vouchers with value of million Rupiahs.
These prizes can be taken by showing the spending strook with minimum of Rp 500,000 at information center on ground
floor, to get one lucky draw card. From all lucky draw cards, CWS will choose 7 winners for every periods. Grand prize
will be cash voucher from Miss Mondial amounting to Rp 30 million and will be given to highest spender who shops
during 12 January – 28 February. There was also direct gift of vouchers amounted to Rp 50,000 for visitors shopped with
minimum amount of Rp 500,000 on 31 January, 1 and 2 February.
CitraLand Surabaya Held Open House at Grand Eastwood Cluster
