The GOODYEAR T&SN 1 Event is a manufacturer’s mail-in rebate and is available at participating Goodyear Tire
& Service Network locations only. This is a consumer tire rebate event for selected Goodyear and Dunlop tires. To
qualify for this event you must purchase your eligible tires between January 1st, 2016 and the expiry date of
February 29th, 2016. One mail-in coupon per invoice. Rebates are on a set of four tires. Rebates are also
available per tire on a prorated basis with a minimum purchase of four tires and a maximum purchase of six tires
per invoice. The consumer must fill out and mail the rebate coupon along with a copy of the invoice to
the address printed on the coupon postmarked on or before March 31st, 2016. Offer is valid for Canadian
residents only and valid only for tire purchases from a participating Canadian Goodyear Tire & Service Network
retailer who operates a retail location in Canada. Mail-in rebates are not valid with any other Manufacturer’s Rebate
offer, or for any purchases made at Walmart, Canadian Tire or car dealerships. This is a consumer rebate only and
does not apply to business-to-business or National Account sales. The participating retailer is solely responsible for
determining the selling price of the tires without direction from Goodyear. Visit goodyear.ca or see a participating

Additional terms and conditions: Goodyear reserves the right to substitute a cheque of equal value in lieu of a
Goodyear MasterCard Prepaid Card at its discretion. Fraudulent submissions will not be honoured and may be
prosecuted. Goodyear is not responsible for non-complying Rebate Submissions or for lost, late, illegible, postagedue or undeliverable mail. Non-complying Rebate Submissions will not be honoured, acknowledged or returned.

access but can be used everywhere MasterCard debit cards are accepted. Each time you use the Card, the amount
of the transaction will be deducted from the amount of your available balance. Card will be issued in the name on
the redemption coupon only. Card valid for 6 months, subject to applicable law. Card is non-transferable and
