FOURLIS Group supports the
“Aglaia Kyriakou” Hospital
In 2009, the FOURLIS Group Social Responsibility Department continued to support
society with actions aiming to make our fellow humans happier, by meeting their more
or less important needs.
It is not only the contribution itself that
offers hope and relief, but also the
moral satisfaction felt by the Group’s
employees themselves which, as they
confess, makes them feel like better
people when they realize that their
social actions really make a difference.
Numerous colleagues took part in the
renovation of specific areas of the
“Aglaia Kyriakou” Children’s Hospital
and brought smiles back to the faces of
children-patients
suffering
from
neoplastic diseases.
Two of the volunteers said:
Bessy Fytea: “I would like to thank the
Group for giving me the opportunity to
become a better person, as well as all the volunteers who have contributed this
endeavor with such empathy”.
Dimitris Kouzoukas: “Participation in the FOURLIS Group Social Responsibility activities
has made me change my way of thinking and living”.
