Bill Snyder has resigned from his position as
Property Manager after serving the District for
over seven years. Meadow Pointe II would like
to thank him for his time and effort he put in
throughout his tenure. Bill was instrumental
in many capital projects, along with day to day
operations while serving the District. He will
be greatly missed and we wish him the best in
the future.
Currently David Starkey is the “Acting
Property Manager” and is handling all
responsibilities related to the position. He has
been with Meadow Pointe II since September
2011, and was provided with extensive
training by Mr. Snyder. He was formerly
employed by Meadow Pointe I for six years in
a variety of positions, while also volunteering
to organize clubs such as the Meadow Pointe’s
Bowling & Basketball Leagues. He is currently
a resident of Meadow Pointe III and has deep
roots throughout the community.

Resident Council
Our first resident council meeting was held on
August 8, 2012. It was not well attended. Those
that were there expressed their concerns.
Have you ever wondered why we don’t have any
activities at Meadow Pointe II. An active resident council can improve on making Meadow
Pointe II a more active community. Get
involved and come to the next resident council
meeting on the 2nd Wednesday of September
(11th). We need your help, join us. Volunteer
to represent your village. We know that we all
have busy lives but we want to protect the values of our homes. Let’s work together to ensure
that Meadow Pointe Two remains an active,
safe and well maintained community. The only
way we can do that is to get involved.
We hope to see you at the next meeting. Call
Meadow Pointe II clubhouse if you would like
to represent your village at 813-991-5016.

Gated Communities
Update
To further enhance your gated
experience we now have key
chain remotes. They are available
at the clubhouse for $25. We
also keep the universal 2 button
remotes in stock for the same
price. These remotes will open
the gate and the second button
can be programmed to most garage door openers on the market.
Several of our gated communities have experienced changes
to their exit gates. You may
have noticed the gates open a
little sooner than usual when
you are leaving. This is because
we added an extra vehicle loop
for that reason. The intention
isn’t to speed every one up. It
actually doesn’t affect most

drivers’ speed at all. Before,
drivers would actually accelerate to catch the gate before it
closed if there was a somewhat
steady flow of cars, just to have
to slam on brakes to wait for it
to reopen. Now, everyone moves
at a steady rate. Another added
benefit is the gates haven’t exchanged paint with
a vehicle since
installing
the new
loops. The entrance gates have
multi colored paint on the other
hand.
Thank you,
