Senior Stories Project
at First UMC, Winter Park
This past fall, our church sponsored an intergenerational project called Senior
Stories, where high school students were paired with older adults. The pair met
numerous times to get to know each other, then the final meeting was video'ed.
The students learned valuable life lessons from the older adults and in so
doing, friendship were developed.
This video this month features Vi McLoughlin and Winter Park High School
student Natalie Rideout.
