Our Restaurant takes its name from the original established in 1939 in Genova, the capital city of the Italian Riviera. Our Chef Signor Gian Paolo Belloni and our Executive Chef Francesco Schintu; after catering to the endless list of luminaries and world celebrities including Pope John Paul II, Frank Sinatra and Luciano Pavarotti has brought his delectable cuisine and experience to Las Vegas.
