Step 1
A campfire favorite moves indoors with the help of
Otis Spunkmeyer Triple Chocolate Chunk cookies and
marshmallow crème. Featuring the nostalgic flavor
combination of s’mores, these mini sandwiches are
irresistible to kids and kids at heart.
Preheat oven according to package directions. Slightly thaw
three 1.33-oz. Triple Chocolate Chunk cookie dough nuggets
and cut in half horizontally.
Step 2 Bake the six mini cookies on a parchment-lined sheet pan for
9 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
Step 3 Turn over three of the mini cookies and top each with 1 tbsp.
of marshmallow crème. Top with remaining cookies to create
three S’morewiches.
Step 4 Before serving, warm in a microwave oven (10 seconds) or
conventional oven (1 minute) until the marshmallow crème
just begins to melt.
Tips
• Try substituting Triple Chocolate Chunk cookies with classic
Otis Chocolate Chip cookies in this recipe
• For an extra special dessert, place S’morewiches in a bowl
and top with a scoop of your favorite ice cream
