Customers can now download the app " Häagen-Dazs™ HK" on their smartphones, or register online to become a member, and start the Spectacular Journey of Häagen-Dazs™. 2. Card members, upon purchase of designated products at any Häagen-Dazs™ store in Hong Kong, can earn reward points at the rate of: Silver card: HK$1= 1point, Gold card HK$1= 1.5point. This may not be applicable to promotional products. Members must spend more than HK$1 on designated products in order to earn the reward points。 3. Each member is only allowed to have one membership, which will be verified by email address and phone number. We will not accept the application if we have determined that the same email or phone number has been used for registry before. Once the email address is verified, it may not be amended. 4. Membership offers and reward points scheme are only limited to Hong Kong. 5. Member privileges (Including member discounts, birthday offers, Cash Dollars etc.) can not be used conjunctionally with buying of vouchers, ice cream moon cakes, ice cream fondue and all other designated and promotional items; and are bounded by the related terms and conditions. 6. If reward points are not redeemed before the date of expiry/card expiry, the remaining reward points will be cleared. 7. When VIP card members have earned enough reward points within a certain period, they will be upgraded to Silver or Gold card automatically. 8. If Silver card members have earned enough reward points within a certain period, they will be upgraded to Gold card automatically. 9. Membership applicants are obliged to provide all required information on the application form and other personal information for our company. If they are unable to provide the above information, our company may not be able to process P.8 their application and this may jeopardize members from enjoying the member benefits. Applicants may refuse to provide the above information, but our company will not guarantee a successful application. 10. Members must agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about themselves on the application form. 11. Membership Reward Points Terms and Conditions Earning Reward Points 1. Qualified members can gain reward points upon purchasing designated products at Häagen-Dazs™ stores in Hong Kong. Accumulation of bonus points does not include purchasing with vouchers, Cash Dollars or any other designated products. 2. Membership of Gold and Silver Card is valid for 2 years, and its reward points are also valid for 2 years. Reward points for VIP card are only valid in the first three months after membership is activated. 3. Members are entitled to earn reward points upon purchasing products (there is exception on certain products) at HäagenDazs™ stores. 4. Any non-redeemed reward points for Silver and Gold card members will be cleared once the membership is expired. All bonus points will not be reissued. 5. Häagen-Dazs™ Club will notify members one month before expiry date of membership through email and Häagen-Dazs™ mobile app about the soon to be expired reward points and the expiry date, in order to facilitate members to redeem reward points promptly. 6. When members are upgraded or downgraded to a different card level, the reward points will be transferred to the new membership card, and will be bound by the new membership's terms and conditions. The reward points will be expired on the last day of the original membership's expiry date. 7. 7. If members have renewed the membership successfully, the reward points of the previous membership will be expired on the last day of the previous membership's expiry date. 8. The redeemed bonus points, including using part of or all of the bonus points to redeem or buying of any products, will not be reimbursed or refunded. 9. If our company suspects any reward points were earned by unlawful, dishonest methods or earned not according to the conditions of our company, we reserve the rights to deduct the reward points from the membership account. Redeem Reward Points. 1. Each valid receipt may only be recorded as one member's benefits and reward points. 2. Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash or sold, and are strictly not transferable. 3. Redeemed reward points will be deducted from members' accounts immediately.
