We are glad to welcome you in our 5 stars campsite. In this travel book you will find all the information that you need for your stay. It should
be very helpful, you can print and retain it. On the attached document you will find your ‘Invoice’. This document has to be given at
arrival at the reception desk .
Take notes ! :

Arrival time : check in from 4.00 pm. For your check in, don’t forget to bring your car registration papers.

At arrival, a 300€ deposit will be requested, it can be in cash or credit card number. This amount won’t be withdrawn and given
back at departure further to the final inventory.

Gas and Charcoal BBQ are allowed. Electric BBQ are forbidden.
•
Think about making change before your departure, our banks are not able to make change.
•
A cash withdrawal service is available at reception (check with your bank about the eventual fees) (commission 5 %)
•
The departure day, you have to vacate the rental before 10.00 am

I. ACCOMMODATIONS CONDITIONS
At arrival ( from 4.00 pm)
Please take time to verify the inventory and the general condition of your rental home with the document provided at your arrival. Please bring it back
to the reception desk signed within 24hours.
IMPORTANT : This inventory has to be realized seriously. No complaints will be considered after its delivery at reception desk. All things broken or
damaged will be charged. For any important broken things, approach directly reception.
At departure (before 10.00 am)
If you plan to leave early :
Some days before your departure please inform the reception and let us have your bank details, so we can refund the deposit on your bank account.
The last night if you intend to leave early, leave your car on the car park ( the barrier opens at 8.00 am).
Clean up your rental, defrost the refrigerator and put a cloth under the door to soak up the water.
Please leave the rental in the same condition and cleanliness that you found on arrival.
If you booked the final cleaning service, you still have to defrost the fridge. Don’t forget to take out the rubbish, empty the fridge and wash the
dishes.
At departure time, you can put the keys in the green mailbox in front of the wellness center.
Our housekeepers will make the inspection of your rental on the departure day. If everything is clean, we will send you an e-mail and refund the 300€.
If not, we’ll cash all or part of it.
If you decide to check the rental with us :
Make an appointment at reception the day before your departure. Inventories of fixtures are realized between 8.00 and 10.00 am by our cleaning team.
Clean up your rental, defrost the refrigerator and put a cloth under the door to soak up the water.
Please leave the rental in the same condition and cleanliness that you found on arrival.
IMPORTANT : The rental has to be ready to be checked by our staff at the time chosen ! If not, you will have to wait until the end of
inspections depending of their schedule.

II. CAMPING RULES
To enjoy a trouble-free holiday, please observe the following rules :
Coming in the campsite: vehicles can access the campsite from 8am to 10pm. After 10pm, because of the fence closed, please leave your car outside the
campsite on the carpark.
Driving: for security reasons and for the sake of children and other campers, please drive slowly and do not exceed the speedlimit of 5km/h or 3 mph inside the
campsite.
Parking: only one vehicle per pitch. Please make sure that your vehicle is parked inside your own pitch. Additional vehicles will have to be parked on the
parking, an extra cost of 4€/night/car will be requested.
General conditions: please respect our facilities and equipment. Please do not make noise (music, washing up, shower etc..) from 10.30pm to 8am. At night
whilst moving around the site, please respect the campers sleeping !
Sanitary facilities: The toilet block is cleaned several time during the day, between 6am – 12am and 2pm – 8pm . Please respect the work of the housekeepers.
Damage: Please respect plants and trees (especially young ones). Do not nail anything on or hang washing lines from the trees. Please let us know if there’s any
damage. Please do not empty dirty or wastewater on the ground.
Cleanliness: When you leave your pitch it has to be clean. Remember to collect rubbish bags, papers, empty bottles, cigarette buts and any other rubbish.
Please make sure to sort your rubbish: use the yellow bags given to you at arrival to recycle plastics, cans and cardboard. Free yellow bag are available at
reception and grocery. There are skips to the left as you exit the carpark, where you can throw away your household waste, recycling and glass separately.
Security: It’s forbidden to make a campfire of any kind. You can use your barbecue on charcoal or gas. Please be very cautious of open fire when the weather is
dry and/or windy. Please, let us know if there is damage caused by the use of a barbecue. Please clean the ashes before you leave. Please note that electric
barbecues are not allowed
Liability: Parents are responsible for their children. La Guyonnière is not responsible for any personal accident, nor theft and damage to any personal
belongings.
Animals : Animals are not allowed in our rentals.
Visitors: have to leave their cars outside the campsite in the main car park. They have to sign in at the reception desk and respect the campsite rules. If they
spend a day with you, they will have to pay 3.50€. If they sleep in your rental the price is 12€/night/pers.

Reception: Open daily from 9 am till 8 pm (cash withdrawal service, sheets rental, sales of Ticket Puy du Fou, folders, Wifi tickets, fishing licence…) Credit Cart accepted
everywhere on the campsite (MasterCard, visa, maestro…). Payment by Credit card (except American Express) and Cash are accepted.
Wifi: New 2014 : From this year Wi-Fi is available on the whole campsite ! You will be able to connect with your computer, mobile or any other support directly from
your spot! Wi-Fi tickets are available at the reception: 5€/day, 25€/week or 50€/month. We still offer you 30 minutes free at the bar for any email checking or
researches.
Rentals Chalet : Open daily from 9.00 am-12.00 am / 2.00 pm- 7.00pm. Bike rental, tennis, table tennis, animation…
Wellness Center : Take a few relaxing moments in our Wellness Center equipped with a Sauna, Hammam, and Spa. Enjoy body cares or massages proposed by our
professional beautician. Appointment, price list and schedule at the reception
Bar : Open daily from 9.00 am till 00h30 pm. Sport broadcasting, 30 minutes free Wi-Fi access, live concerts, happy-hours. On the bar terrace we also have a video
game area , also table football, pool…etc…
Shop : Open daily from Monday till Friday 8.00 am – 12.30pm / 2.00 pm – 8.00 pm , Week-end : 8.00 am till 8.00 pm. Bread and pastry every morning (without any
booking), selection of fruits, vegetables, meats, cereals…
Swimming pool : covered and heated 28° with a paddling pool and a waterfall. Outside swimming pool with a slide, upstream river, paddling pool. Open daily from 10

Laundry : Washing machines and dryers, located next to the grocery (for sale : tokens and washing powder at the reception). You can leave your ice bags for free in the
freezer which is in the laundry (please no bottles or food). Please note that it is more efficient to leave them from 9-11am and 7-9pm.
