Customisation
Installation
Training
We understand that the documents
you produce using VebraLive need
to reflect your business. As such,
we offer customisation of
standard letters, sales brochure
templates, window cards,
newspaper advert templates,
summary details, email templates
and HTML email. You can also
customise the property and
person fields within your software.
We endeavour to complete this
work prior to installation.
The installation of your software
will be carried out by one of our
experienced professionals. Your
systems will be looked at prior to
installation to ensure that they
are compatible with VebraLive.
The installation will take place
over the course of one day and
your users will receive basic
training on the system. Your
installation will also include
advanced training, which will take
place at a later date to suit you.
Training is offered to all users
of Vebra’s software and there is
a range of introductory,
advanced and bespoke courses
available. These courses take
place at our four training centres
across the UK, or alternatively a
member of our training team can
attend your office. The training
provided by Vebra ensures that
you make the most of your
software investment.

Ongoing support
Our support team is available
between 9am and 5.30pm, via phone
or email, to deal with any issues or
queries that you have. Our staff are
fully trained to not only resolve issues,
but also explain things in layman’s
terms and can use a remote log-in
function that gives them access to
your machine with your permission.
