The focus of the Conference will be on honouring various perspectives on mindfulness, philosophical as well as theoretical, and to bring together various evidencebased mindfulness approaches in therapy, counselling and community under one roof. Through this diversity we hope to get a sense of that ONE TASTE, of `beingness' or Presence and touch into the essence of the practice of mindfulness that becomes the impetus for ourselves and the people we serve.
