Meet Format
Women's – Capital Cup with identical sets of equipment in each gym.
Men's – Capital Cup. AAI equipment supplied by Midwest Gym Supply.
Individual
Event Finals
This is the highlight of the weekend. The top 8 gymnasts per event
in Women's Levels 7/8/9/10. The top 3 finishers will receive a special plaque.
T-shirts
Each Gymnast will receive a T-shirt. Please remember to include shirt sizes.
Sizes available CM, CL, AS, AM, AL.
Awards
It is our goal to give out as many awards as possible per age group, as
well as per level, so we will determine awards after all entries are received.
Team Awards for Women will be: the top 3 teams per session (using the top 3 scores).
Team Awards for Men will be: the top 3 teams (using the top 3 scores).
