Patient information and gives you
access to every facet of the record.
This includes invoice history, medical
history, vaccination history, prescrip
tion history, pending services, master
problem list, radiology log, surgery
log, treatment sheet, and just about
any information you require about a
client or patient.
Searches are quick and easy with no
clicks required. Just start typing the
name you are looking for and VTP

you can always enter the number of
the client you are looking for as well.

going completely paperless should

The VTP boarding module
allows up to 20 different
types of cages. Within
each cage type you can have
up to 200 cages. Some features
that make our boarding
screen special are auto invoicing
based on the number of
days and type of cage occupied
and full client/patient color
coding. Our robust
reporting includes arrival,
departure, in-house and cage
cards.
You can also have more than
one patient per cage or run.
Our easy set-up screen takes
VTP then builds the cage
banks for you.
Each reservation has it’s own
that is emailed directly to the
client.
VTP Mobile is included and allows for off site billing and invoicing. When you return
simply plug in and VTP uploads your work. You post the payments and you are done.
