You are at the heart of an immense, authentic and preserved pine forest.
A region where water and nature harmonise perfectly. You have everything at your fingertips :
the ocean, the lake, the forest, the cycle paths, the vineyards, new things to discover, great food, and of course time to relax.
Take your pick of what to do as there is so much choice.
To make sure that your holidays are a great success, we take time to consider your comments and suggestions carefully
and as a result we have a lot of new improvements :
‘La Baïne’ water complex : 2 slides, a 4-lane slide and a water games area for children.
The Cocoon Spa has been extended and redesigned : sensory shower, hydrotherapy bath, twin cabin, large jacuzzi on the terrace.
We have renovated two toilet blocks with separate male and femal facilities and a baby bathroom.
Some of our pitches have been reworked and we have installed new furnished tents in the no-traffic area on the edge of the forest.
A new multi-sports area with artificial turf and a skate park.
A newly done up Zen pool and Surfer’s snack bar.

TRAFFIC PERMITTED AREA
You can access your pitch/cottage every day between
the hours of 7am and 11 pm and park your vehicle there.
However, to minimise the disturbance to others and to
give you more space on your pitch, we recommend that
you use the car park in the village.
Traffic forbidden between 11pm and 7am. If arriving
back to the campsite late, or leaving before 7am, please
leave your car in the car park.
RECEPTION
The reception team is at your disposal throughout your
stay every day from 9am to 8pm.
CONCIERGE - INFORMATION
Wi-fi tickets - bed linen hire - bike hire - baby-kit hire
safebox hire - fridge hire - private transportation - trips
and activities booking.
THE ACCESS CARDS
Use the “Red Card” to open the automated vehicle
barrier and the gate to the beach.
The “Blue Card” is for guests without vehicles and only
opens the pedestrian access gate to the beach
(open between 7am and 11pm).
NO TRAFFIC AREA
You can drive to your pitch/cottage to transport your
luggage when you arrive and when you leave. During
your stay, your vehicle must be parked in the car park
in the village.
For camping cars belonging to guests staying in
this sector, ensure that you fill up with water at the
beginning of your stay.

BRACELET
Please wear your bracelet for the duration of your stay.
VISITORS
Your family and friends are welcome to visit you during
your holiday. They must, without exception, report to
reception, leave a piece of identity, pay the visitor rate
and leave their vehicles outside in the ‘’Plage Nord’’
public car park. If they would like to spend the night
here, please declare them as additional persons and pay
the corresponding rate. Please note that the number of
persons per camping pitch is limited to 6 and please do
not exceed the maximum allowed in your cottage.
FOR YOUR SAFETY
We have a night-security team (between 10pm and
7am). Evening events finish at 11pm. Please go back to
your pitches without disturbing your neighbours.
If you have any issues, do not hesitate to contact our

The entrances to the site are under surveillance by
security cameras. Inform the reception or security
staff immediately of any person in the campsite
who seems to be acting suspiciously.

The fine sandy beach is just few minutes away over the
dunes. You will need to go through the automated gate,
which can be opened using your pass.

THE LAKE
Moutchic is 7km away and can be reached by car or by
a beautiful cycle path through the forest. Pedalo, canoe,
stand-up-paddle and sailboard hire on-site.
Fishing permits on sale at the Briconautes store
(Lacanau Ville).

A real lively place, redesigned to better
meet your needs.
From 8am, you can come and enjoy your breakfast on the
bar terrace.
Come to the Surfer’s snack from midday for a bite to eat!
Its large selection of sweet and savoury foods will delight
both our younger and older clients (free range chicken,
sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, Mövenpick ice creams ...)
In the evening, listen to a band or just have a drink on the
terrace. Happy Hour each day from 6pm to 7pm.

We have barbecues for hire : €4/day - €20/week

BARBECUES
Barbecues for general use are at your disposal. Only
personal gas barbecues are allowed on your pitch. For
safety reasons, all electrical devices (planchas, grills,
barbecues ...) are forbidden.
Barbecues are available to rent at the VIVAL
Supermarket.
WASHING AREAS
Four blocks cleaned several times a day. The showers
are closed at night from 10pm until 7am. Toilet block
N°1 will close at midnight. Block N° 4 : Heated area
and access for disabled people (key available from
reception).
Baby bathroom in each toilet block.
Please empty your chemical toilets in the designated
areas within each toilet block.
dogs
Your animal must wear the dog tag supplied for the
duration of your stay. Dogs must be kept on a lead in
the campsite and their vaccination record must be
up-to-date.
A dog bag dispenser is at your disposal near the beach
access. Please clean up after your pets for everyone’s
comfort.
A dog shower is available in each toilet block.

Your mail is placed each day in alphabetical
pigeon-holes at reception
(not on Sundays or Bank Holidays).
Please pick up parcels from reception.
A post box for sending letters is situated outside of the
reception. Stamps are on sale at the supermarket.
BIKE SERVICE STATION
Situated next to the bikes.
Access free of charge 24h, 7/7 days.
HOUSEHOLD WASTE
The campsite has put in place a waste collection point
located behind the reception.
Please respect the colours :
The green container is for glass (jars, bottles, glasses …)
The yellow container is for paper/cardboard,
packaging, plastic bottles and newspapers.
General household waste should be placed in a tightly
sealed/closed plastic bag and left in the container
marked for such waste.
A used battery recycling container is located in the
reception.
Please help us to keep the campsite clean and respect
the environment.
LOST AND FOUND
Please ask at reception. If you leave toiletries behind in
the washing areas please ask the cleaning staff.
GAs
Blue camping-gas refills are on sale at the supermarket.
To have the gas bottle at your cottage changed, please
ask at reception, giving the number of your cottage.

IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE FOREST, yourself and other people
: Please do not light wood or coal fires. It is forbidden to
barbecue, apart from when using the barbecue areas provided.
The grills have to be kept in good condition and are not to be
used inside a tent or near to a car. In case of an emergency
please contact management immediately.
IN THE CASE OF SUSPICIOUS SMOKE, contact the fire services
immediately for help (Tél. 112 ou 18)
IN CASE OF THE START OF A FIRE, attack the base of the fire using
the fire extinguishers at your disposal, alert the reception and
emergency services.
EVACUATION: The order of evacuation of the campsite will be
given by the campsite manager. Follow the instructions given
by staff members identifiable by the T-shirt « Les Grands Pins »
and follow the emergency exit signs.
Keep the access ways free for the emergency services.
Do not use your vehicle without being invited. Take only your
personal documents with you.

JUST BEFORE LEAVING THE CAMPSITE!
Depending on your departure time, please leave
your keys or your pitch number plate in the post box
situated outside of the reception or you can leave them
with a member of the reception team who will be at
your disposal. You can make use of the facilities for the
remainder of the day.
If you wish to leave before 7am : please park your
vehicle in our car park, situated next to reception the
night before your departure.
YOUR OPINION IS IMPORTANT TO US
You will receive a satisfaction questionnaire from us by
email 5 days after your departure. Please remember to
give us your email address.
