Frusano – Low fructose, full delight
Since 2006 Frusano develops and markets food products specially designed for low fructose / low sucrose diets. The product
range includes chocolate, spreads, syrups, beverages, candy and many more. Frusano does not use refined sugar or artificial
sweeteners or alditols (e.g. sorbitol) or, this goes without saying, high-fructose corn syrups (hfcs). All products are sweetened by
fructose-free glucose syrup or pure glucose only: Healthy, mild sweetness results in long-lasting well-being. All our products are
extremely low on fructose, sucrose and sorbitol. In addition, most foodstuffs are free from lactose and gluten.

Ideally suited for sweetening and baking.

Dextrose contains up to 10% chemically combined water. The contained water is
bound in the crystal structure of the dextrose, but is freed, when the dextrose is
dissolved, e.g. in a cake dough. This is the reason, that often people say, that
dextrose makes dough or other dishes more fluid. This is not the case with Frusano
Corn Sugar.

The lebkuchen dough of our Elisen Duo contains a
minimum of 28 % nuts and almonds, which is more
than the amount prescribed for Elisen-Lebkuchen by
the guidelines for fine baking products.

These tender, heart-shaped short-pastry biscuits are
an absolute joy, with their fine butter taste and more
than 20 % chocolate content. The fine short-pastry
hearts have a base of full milk chocolate and are
adorned with a decorative stripe across the top.

Fine Oblaten-Lebkuchen contains a minimum of 20
