1. Original control layout
2.Mark body using template 3. Make sure etched lines
4. Drill screw holes perpenconnect, to prevent chipping dicular, jack holes parallel
5. Drill holes as marked
6. Remove wood between
etched lines
7. Square off hole with a file 8. Use washers to locate
pots and switches
10. Drill holes from bridge
to bridge pickup cavity
11. Run wires from bridge
to main cavity
12. Maintain correct order
of pickups for MIDI
13. Mount bridge on posts
17. Replace pot knobs
18. New controls with piezo 19. Ghost-equipped Yamaha
pot and QuickSwitches
SA2200
15. Install pots and switches 16. Connect all plugs to
Hexpander
9. Drill holes for pots and
switches
14. Copy intonation
