Step 1
Start by making the cupboard base.
Screw the sides (600 x 250 x 2) to the base panel
(518 x 250 x 1), lifting the base 50 mm off the ground.
Then screw on the rails (518 x 70 x 2).
Use a small drill bit to make pilot holes.
Sink the holes and then screw the pieces together.
Step 2
Put on the top (600 x 300 x 1) by screwing it to the rails
from underneath. Ensure that the top is flush with the
back of the cupboard and that the overhangs on the
three other sides are equal, before you drill pilot holes
and insert the screws.
Step 3
Install the shelf (518 x 250 x 1). Measure the height at
which you would like to position your shelf. Mark and
draw a line across one side of the cupboard. Measure
another 16 mm up and draw another line. Do the same for
the other side. Now drill pilot holes and sink holes before
inserting the screws to fasten the shelf.

Step 4
Fit the doors (546 x 271 x 2) by fastening the hinges first
to the doors and then to the cupboard. Start by placing
the round parts of the hinges inside the pot-holes in the
doors and affix them with screws. Once the doors are
hung, ensure that they fit neatly by adjusting the screws
holding the hinges. Doors should be flush with the base
of the unit.
Step 5
Build the top part of the cupboard by joining the sides
(600 x 100 x 2) to the top (518 x 100 x 1) and the
shelf (518 x 100 x 1). Using a small drill bit, drill holes
and sink them. Then apply wood glue and screw the
pieces together.
Step 6
Affix the rails (550 x 50 x 2) to the shelf unit by using a
small drill bit to make pilot holes. Sink the holes and then
screw the rails into place.

Step 7
Affix the decorative top (592 x 140 x 1).Ensure that it is
flush with the back of the cupboard and that the
overhangs on the three other sides are equal, before
you screw it into place.
Step 8
You are now ready to secure the top (open shelf )
section to the bottom cupboard. Start by fastening the
back board (550 x 1200 x 1) to the top of the unit with
screws and wood glue. Now fasten the back board to the
bottom cupboard with wood glue and screws. For extra
strength, you could add corner blocks to secure the sides
of the top section to the work top.
Step 9
Measure and mark where the door handles should be
positioned. Now drill small holes and fix the handles to
the doors.
