Tagliare i fili del motore in modo che una parte resti sulla morsettiera.
Smontare il motore e pulire le bronzine inferiori e superiori.
L’inferiore deve essere completamente pulita e cambiato l’olio.
Con l’uso di un supporto battere sui fermi degli avvolgimenti A e B. in modo che i vecchi
avvolgimenti si sfilino verso il basso.
I quattro perni 1 2 3 e 4 si sfilano
Rispettare l’alto del motore , non invertire il pacco lamierini C altrimenti il motore girerebbe al
contrario.
Montare i nuovi avvolgimenti in modo che entrambe abbiano lo stesso verso .
I verso si riconosce dal verso di avvolgimento dei fili.
Se si montano invertiti il motore avrà una velocita del 50 %
Infilare i 4 perni di ottone e rimontare gli avvolgimenti.
E’ importante che una volta montati i fermi A e B siano ben saldi al pacco Lamierini C
Se cosi non fosse il motore ronzerebbe.
In quel caso sostituire i quattro perni di ottone con quattro di sezione leggermente maggiore.
Rimontare il motore facendo in modo che il motore sia perfettamente allineato.
Il rotore deve girare molto fluido
Risaldare i fili rispettando il colori.
