GDS,
The Global Drilling Machine has been an excellent upgrade in our rig modernization. Since the first
installation in December 2O14 on one of our rigs in Mexico, we have been impressed with the power,
durabiliÿ and ease of use of the GDM 850 ton.
We are happy to say that the top drive's performance has exceeded our expectations.
With that, we are excited to see the addition of 3 more units that will begin operations and bring our
total rig and GDM top drive count to 4 thus far in Mexico.
Moreover, we have been most impressed with the excellent and timely support from the GDS
service team right here in Mexico, and the additional support coming from GDS abroad. They have
responded quickly to our needs and we appreciate the care that they take in all their operations.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I have utilized the Top Drives manufactured by GDS since the inception of the Company.
While I owned my previous Company, Axxis Drilling LLC, I exclusively utilized the services of GDS for all
of my service and inspection work.
As I moved on to Megadrill Services Limited, we purchased the first Unit manufactured by GDS. This Unit
is an 850 short ton capacity Unit for running casing and 750 short ton working capacity. This Top Drive
frankly, has been exceptional. We have experienced only minor issues with this Top Drive. Naturally,
maintenance has to be monitored but overall this Unit has been excellent for us.
Currently, I am installing another new Unit – a 500 short ton DC drive Unit on our latest Rig – the
MONARCH.
Furthermore, as an indication of my feelings towards this Company, I have ordered another Unit for my
next Rig – the REGAL.
GDS are responsive. This alone is an attribute well worth noting because it is extremely difficult to get
response from the larger players in the Market at this time.
They are deep in both the Gulf of Mexico and the Middle East.
I do not hesitate to recommend this Company and will be glad to answer any further enquiries.

Yes, I have a lot of experience with GDS Top Drives.
In fact, I installed their 500 ton Units on my previous Company (Axxis Drilling) and I am now ordering my
fourth (4th) for my present Company that I own.
In fact, on one of my Rigs, I have a 750 ton Unit and have really had no major issues at all.
Here are the main advantages I see:
1) Generally, they are reliable products with very few problems.
2) More importantly, they are much more flexible and responsive to the other , larger
manufacturers such as, dare I say, NOV or Canrig.
3) The GDS personnel are well informed and trained and they do respond quickly
I will not hesitate at all to recommend GDS as a supplier
