[KYRA1 A strikingly beautiful woman in her mid 20s, Kyra is a freelance employee of a bio-tech firm, and has just pulled off a
coup: the successful capture of a mated pair of tri-adders, invaluable snakes whose venom can be used to treat Parkinson's
Disease. Knowing that the snakes will make her fortune, Kyra is determined to escort them safely back to the States, and uses
bribery, duplicity, and her sexual wiles to achieve her goals. She guls QLim and Rembrandt into helping her after her plane goes
down in the wildemess, and learns, somewhat too late, that one of her double-crossed partners is on her trail. Having almost
tricked Quinn into falling in love with her, Kyra reveals her true, cold-blooded core when she is willing to sacrifice the Sliders in
order to save her own skin... LEAD (1)

Carlos is an attractive hLl'lk who completely sweeps Maggie off her feet. Maggie is fooled by his suave and smooth approach
and doesn't see his criminal edge. The silky Carlos is Kyra's business partner, who is qLietly MOUS to realize that he's been
double-crossed. Intent on reuniting with Kyra and taking back the valuable snakes, Carlos agrees to escort Wade and Maggie,
but he appears to be using them as cover for his real intention: to hL8'lt down Kyra and punish her severely for her duplicity. After
charming an infatuated Maggie, and killing a few people alQng the way, the devilish Carlos winds up crushed to death by one of
