We Are Thankful Because He Lived
You can shed tears that he is gone,
or you can smile because he lived,
You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back,
or you can open your eyes and see all that he has left.
Your heart can be empty because you can’t see him,
or you can be full of the love that you shared,
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember him and only that he is gone,
or you can cherish his memory and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn back,
or you can do what he would want:
Smile, open your eyes, love and go on.

during the final two years of his life, McAllister toured the country under the
stage name Speaker Knockerz, producing and recording a host of records
and music videos. Through YouTube, iTunes, & Amazon his music garnered
more than 12 million views, sales and downloads serving a nationwide fan
base. As a producer, he created beats and tracks for a who’s who list of icons
in the hip hop industry. At the time of his death, Speaker Knockerz had

downloadable tracks available for sale on iTunes. On his latest single, “Dap
You Up,” posted online just over a month ago, Knockerz shows his lyrical

was no hip-hop neophyte on the mic.”
Billboard says...
”Though unsigned, the rapper’s videos on YouTube average somewhere
between 200,000 to 3 million-plus views each. Soon after his death was

”Knockerz was unsigned but had a large following online, with several songs
surpassing a million views each. One track in particular, “Rico Story Trilogy,”
snagged more than 3 million views.”
According to HipHopSince 87 magazine, Speaker Knockerz was one of
the best young powerhouses in the music industry. The magazine wrote
