THE BRAND CONCEPT
As flower commissioners to the Grasse perfume factories since the
beginning of the 20th century, the Roux family has been a pillar to
the local perfume industry. Following the family tradition,
Virginie and Antoine Roux created Au Pays de la Fleur d’Oranger in
1998. And since, they have remained faithful to the regional
flowers which have moulded the landscapes of Provence, as well as
their destiny : Rose, Jasmin, Lavender, Fig, Lemon, Violet… and of
course, the reigning fragrance – the Bitter Orange Blossom. Since
2010, the brand offers us a new level of fragrant pleasures, with its
luxurious collections of Eau de Parfum.
The ingredients of these collections are selected from the rarest and
finest oils and resins from our region, including Centifolia rose
from Grasse and violet leaf absolu from Tourette sur Loup.

CANDORA PARIS
THE BRAND CONCEPT
The muse : Candora was an artist, a singer, and a friend of the
founders’ grand parents. She also had a workshop on Rue de
Paradis in Paris, where during the 1940s to 60s, she created
cosmetics for luxury brands. One of the founders – Beatrice – used
to visit the workshop when she was a child, fascinated by this
wonderland of beauty products and magical elixirs.
The brand name: “Candora” marries the sounds of candor, and
aura… and, of course, can do : with Candora you have the freedom
to create your very own fragrance

THE BRAND CONCEPT
The Château de Versailles perfumes are unique in that they have
actually been recovered from the Versailles Palace archives, buried
in obscure formularies of the XVII and XVIII centuries perfumers of
Conservatoire Français des Fragrances et Cosmétiques.
The Château de Versailles perfumes evoke olfactory tastes of King
Louis XIV and his court: warm and sensual scents that Louis XIV
enjoyed in his youth. Neroli, violet, patchouli, amber, rose, musk,
jasmine recall the lavish parties «Les Plaisirs de l’Ile Enchantée»
given in 1664 in honor of his young 20-year old mistress, Louise
de La Vallière.
Three fragrances have been «resurrected» and preserved from
complete oblivion :

David Jourquin grew up believing that smells had meaning, they
gave structure to his life and spoke only truths to him. Still today,
he remains filled with the scent memories that made him who he is.
He developed his own two fragrances, dedicated to the Day and to
the Night. Formulated like a genuine olfactory biography, they
come to life through a heady heart note of patchouli and feed off
the perfumer’s personal experiences, adding a hint of leathery
mandarin, wrapped in tobacco leaves, and then take flight in a field
of fine lavender before veering into the sensual essence of musk
(for the evening version).
Elegant, rare, balanced and tinged with a bit of folly…
In early 2014, David Jourquin is launching two new women’s
fragrances inspired by the wild spirit of the 1920s – Cuir de R’Eve
and Cuir Altesse – as well as his first scented candle – Winter in
Biarritz – a tribute to the wildest of all the Atlantic cities.

The countess de Presle, in 1905 felt the skin dehydration caused by
the speed and the lack of a windshield on her car. She discussed the
matter with one of her friend, the chemist Marcellin Berthelot, who
created a balm, she called “Baume automobile”.
That was the starting point of high quality skin care, perfumes and
loose powders, sold in all Europe to the aristocratic friend of the
countess. The current range contains 6 eaux de toilette for men, 6
for women, 4 eaux de cologne, and 4 eaux de parfum unisex
recently launched. Skincare line including Baume automobile, body
lotions and body milk, Essentials oils range.

The House of Rallet, a true treasure trove of Russian perfumery’s
origins, was founded in 1843 by a Frenchman living in Moscow :
Alphonse Rallet.
Official supplier to the Court of Russia as of 1846, it was awarded
the Imperial Eagle by Tsar Nicolas I, the most sought-after
distinction for excellence that it received four times. Ernest Beaux,
one of the most prestigious « noses » of his time, designed worldrenowned fragrances for the House of Rallet.
The rebirth of the Rallet trademark is a tribute to the creator of
Russian perfumery.

Translating to ‘the place of the good’, EUTOPIE reveals the beauty of
the world through its memorable scents. EUTOPIE is the story of a
nomadic couple traveling the world. The fragrances embody the

Created by French Elodie Pollet, EUTOPIE perfumes are inspired by
her travels. Elodie Pollet has spent over a decade working in the
luxury retail and fragrance industry and through her experience
she has gained a strong respect for tradition, craftsmanship and
quality products created with beautiful raw materials.
The fragrances Elodie Pollet creates, in collaboration with talented
Noses, are a series of poems which start with a common
Parisian/French background and encounter olfactive cultures and
notes from around the world. The perfumes are made in France.

Graduated from the High Fashion school of Paris, Jean-Charles
Brosseau created his own label and founded his fashion House in
1955 in Paris, on the Left Bank.
In 1981, he created his first perfume “Ombre Rose”, which became
quickly a best seller in France, the USA, the Middle-East, and the
Far-East.
“Ombre Rose” is now considered as a “Classic” of the High
Perfumery, and rightfully sits among some of the very best
fragrances ever: “No.5” by Chanel, “Samsara” by Guerlain, “Opium”
by Yves Saint-Laurent, “Diorissimo" by Dior, "L'Air du Temps" by
Nina Ricci, and "Le Dix" by Balenciaga.
Over the last few years, Jean-Charles Brosseau launched a feminine
line of floral-oriented fragrances called “Fleurs d’Ombre” (“Ombre

Marie-Hélène Rogeon was born into a family of perfume makers
and her grand grand father Louis PANAFIEU was creating Eau de
Cologne for the Emperor Napoleon III and a famous Pommade des
Mousquetaires for his lacquer like finish moustaches.
Very early, she has been fascinated by this world of exquisite
bottles, fragrances, flowery labels and silk braid trimmings.
In the great houses of perfume where she leads her carrier, she
realizes the place of perfume in her life. This rich experience drove
her to the creation of her own company, Les Parfums de Rosine, at a
period when it was the start for women to get tired of commercial
perfumery and to look for real creations and perfumes telling real
stories.
For her, as a perfumer, Rose Essence and Rose Absolue are the
quintessence of all the great perfumes.
