Take Washington Interstate 90 to Moses Lake, use Moses Lake exit #176. Follow Broadway to
Dogwood. Turn right on Dogwood and continue to Fourth Avenue and you're at beautiful McCosh
Park and the Moses Lake Family Aquatic Center.
5K run (which is also used for both runs on the Duathlon)
10K run,
Duathlon: 5K Run - 12 mile Bike– 5K Run

Please pick up your race numbers and timing chip on Friday, May 23, 2008 from 1:00 pm-5:00
pm at the Moses Lake Parks and Recreation Office, or on Saturday at the event from 6:30am to
7:45am.
Participants should be ready to start at 8am.
Please note that you need to be able to complete your event by 10:30 am.

While this is not a USAT sanctioned event, standard USAT age group categories, including
Clydesdale and Athena will be used. Youth categories to include 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19
(youth under 13 must be accompanied by a registered adult)
PLEASE NOTE: You need to be able to complete your event by 10:30 am
Age groups include 6 and under, 7-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
Clydesdale and Bonnydale are under 40 and 40 +

wearing a HELMET at ALL times when on your bike. Also no headsets are allowed.
