Emma qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and deals with a wide
range of Commercial Property matters. Emma's areas of
expertise include commercial sales and purchases of
everything from a high street shop to industrial premises
and public houses, in addition to the granting, assigning
and renewing of commercial leases. Emma is renowned
for thinking ‘outside the box’ to get the best results for her
clients. Emma is based at the Aldershot office.
Phyllis qualified as a Solicitor in 1987 and brings a wealth
of experience to the Ascot office. Phyllis' areas of expertise
include Residential sales and purchases, secured lending
and legal charges, transfers of property on divorce, option
agreements, exclusivity agreements, retirement properties,
probate sales, auctions, joint ownership trust agreements,
adverse possession, unregistered land, first registrations
and lease extensions.

Simon Doyle is a Solicitor of 40 years’ experience. Simon
has acted for many national developers and has been a
non-executive Director of the Commercial Property
aspects of two publically quoted companies. Simon has
particular expertise in the acquisition and sale of
development sites (including planning agreements) and
commercial, office and factory premises. Simon works
alongside Phyllis at the Ascot office.
Claire qualified in 2009 as a Licensed Conveyancer. Based
at the Aldershot Office, Claire has considerable experience
in Residential Property sales and purchases. Claire’s areas
of expertise include mortgages and re-mortgages,
property transfers following divorce, probate sales,
retirement properties, auctions, first registrations of
unregistered land, lease extensions and applying the
Government’s Help to Buy provisions.

Joanne qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 having completed
her training contract at a London Firm. Joanne is based in
the Aldershot office and specialises in Residential
Property, dealing with freehold and leasehold
transactions, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Joanne has a wealth of experience dealing with Park
Home sale and purchases following the changes made by
the Mobile Homes Act 2013.
Linda is often the first point of contact for new Residential
Property clients at the Aldershot office, providing initial
advice and help. Throughout the transaction Linda liaises
with fee earners and clients in order to provide updates
when required. Post exchange, Linda has conduct of the
files through to completion. Linda is renowned for her
high levels of organisation and her outstanding customer
service.

Lisa provides support to the Residential and Commercial
Property teams at the Aldershot office. Lisa is involved in
setting up new files for Residential Property transactions,
providing administrative assistance before exchange of
contracts and finalising post completion matters. On the
Commercial Property side, Lisa assists Emma Rowe in all
aspects of a transaction before and after completion.
Lisa provides support to the Residential and Commercial
Property team at the Ascot office, assisting Phyllis and
Simon. Lisa is responsible for setting up new files and
explaining the overall conveyancing procedure to clients.
Lisa assists in all steps in the conveyancing process,
providing updates to both the client and to other
Solicitors, ensuring that everyone is kept informed.
