Terms & Conditions
•Minimum opening order: $350 net.
•Minimum reorder: $100
•Order minimums are per invoiced location.
•Product must be ordered in multiples of
minimum quantities.
•Orders are processed and shipped within two
working days of their receipt by Compendium
for in-stock items.
•Initial orders are on a proforma basis. Thereafter,
terms are net 30 on approved credit.
•Past due balances are subject to finance
charges of 1.5% per month.
•We reserve the right to refuse service.
