“Bronze Casting Exploration”...

Students learned the basics of casting, mold-making and creating objects to be cast in bronze. We explored different methods
of working with wax, including mold-making, lost wax techniques, assembling forms with wax cast forms.
Materials we explored were: wax, plaster, alginate, investment, found and handmade objects. Students also solved conceptual
problems that related to their interests and contemporary art.
