How is One ’n Only® Argan Oil Hair Color mixed?
10 volume
Advanced micro-pigments migrate deep
into the hair shaft and deliver true, rich,
accurate tones that stand up to time and
the environment. You will get consistent
fade-resistant performance you can count on.
TIMING (without heat)
Section the hair into 4 sections from ear to ear and from front to back.
Take ½-inch sections and apply color starting ½-inch away
from the scalp. Apply the color to the shaft of the hair. (If there are porous ends, don’t bring color through to the
ends.) Continue to do this until all four sections are completed.
Process for 15 minutes.
Continue to apply color to the hair at the scalp area and complete all four sections.
Process for an additional 15 minutes.
(Total processing time of 30 minutes.)
For gray coverage, process 45 minutes.
Once desired hair color is achieved, rinse, shampoo and condition using One ’n Only® Argan Oil Moisture Repair Shampoo and
One ’n Only® Argan Oil Moisture Repair Conditioner.
Pour 2 oz. of One ’n Only® Argan Oil Cream Developer into a bowl or an applicator bottle.
Add 1 oz. of One ’n Only® Argan Oil Hair Color. Gently shake/mix.
Does One ’n Only® Argan Oil Hair Color cover gray?
Yes. You can create beautiful gray coverage with these colors. Use the Natural
Series and 20 volume developer for complete gray coverage. Process the color for
a full 45 minutes.
What if I have more than 50% gray? Can I still create a vibrant redhead?
Yes. For best results, combine a Natural into the formula at the same ratio as the
chosen color. For example: mix ½ oz. 4C Medium Copper Brown + ½ oz. 5N Light
Natural Brown + 2 oz. 20 Volume Argan Oil Cream Developer. Process the color for
a full 45 minutes.
How often do you recommend retouching the color?
It is recommended to retouch color every 4–6 weeks, depending on how quickly
your hair grows. Remember, the lighter the color compared to your natural color,
the sooner you will see the regrowth.
What is the recommended wait time to color your hair if you have had a
relaxing or keratin smoothing service?
We recommend that you wait one to two weeks after the relaxing/smoothing
service to color the hair.
What products are recommended to keep the hair healthy and the color vibrant?
We recommend using One ’n Only® Argan Oil Moisture Repair Shampoo and
One ’n Only® Argan Oil Moisture Repair Conditioner.
