Our 68th Annual Meeting held on February 25th 2016 was
a great success! 2015 proved to be a year of steady growth
and BTFCU continues to remain financially strong for over
68 years! It was a great opportunity for the staff and board
members to meet and mingle with our members. With
over 100+ in attendance, Donna Butterfras (CEO), excited
the crowd with her speech on overcoming challenges and
moving forward, invoking our 2016 motto of “Together We
Are Stronger!” She also challenged the BTFCU staff to
provide “exceptional” service that exudes SMILES! As a
part of this initiative, if a member visits the branch and
does not see a staff member acknowledge them with a
smile on their face, they will receive $1.00! This is part of
our ongoing effort to give our members what they deserve—service that goes “the extra mile.” Over $2,000 in
cash prize drawings were administered along with goodie
bags for those in attendance. (See photos on back page).
