Effortless Installation
LocPlate™ substrate is comprised of two components: the Hook Plates and the Connector Discs. The Hook Plates are 24”
x 24” square tiles covered by thousands of tiny catches. The Connector Discs create a mechanical bond between the Hook
Plates and securely lock them in place.
The carpet tiles or other optional flooring are then installed by engaging hooks from the substrate to loops on the tiles
to create a solid connection. Because the carpet tiles get their stability from the LocPlate™ substrate, Beaulieu is able to
manufacture tiles that are 70% lighter than any other carpet tiles on the market.
The need for adhesives and other installation materials is eliminated.
Little or no preparation to existing subfloor necessary.
