He then joined First American, where he assisted in open orders and managed customers. Before joining NextAce, Moreno also was a part of the subdivision desk at Orange Coast Title. Her experience includes typist, reconveyance clerk, title assistant and most recently production department supervisor. Her employment in the title industry began in 1976 at Ticor Title where she was a doc puller and became an asset to the commercial and industrial division as a searcher. She continued as a searcher at Chicago Title, before becoming knowledgeable with payoffs at Cal Counties. Her payoff experience continued at Gateway Title, Fidelity National Title, and Orange Coast Title. Chavarria says: “This technology is a plus for saving money in the title industry. In the past, I worked with tons of papers and waiting at the printer for documents. Paperless technology is where it ends. As they navigate through each field from every document, the system automatically highlights that same information from the exact page and document from where it was retrieved. began his career in the title industry in 1982 where he started as a payoff clerk at World Title. Grimes moved on to examining at Fidelity National Title and United Title before working at Ticor Title on TSG’s, recordings, and residential examining. Ron C her ri Lillie Cur ry started working in the title industry in 1986 at First American Title in customer service. He continued this skill to Ticor Title, United Title and Landwood Title. During his tenure at Landwood Title, Cherri focused primarily on farming as well as typing prelims and policies. Before joining NextAce in 2008, Cherri worked for Land America Title where he became a title officer. Cherri says: “NextAce has created a drastic change in the searching procedure and it’s unlike anything I have ever seen. The automation pulls out only vital information, making the process much faster,” he said. NextAce is making a tremendous contribution to the title industry.” (QA Associate) Leshahn H ill Rochelle Natav io derived most of her background at Optima Title Solutions where in 2001 she began as a typist, proofreader, and searcher before building her skills to become an examiner. Natavio says, “When I worked at Optima I would need to print out a whole prelim to process it. M ark Ruiz started in the title and mortgage industry in 1990 at Southland Title as a doc puller. Ruiz continued at First Southwestern, United Title, Fidelity National Title, and Alliance Title. Ruiz says: “At my previous jobs it would take up to seven days before we would get title reports back.
