GRACEPOINT PRAYS Petition God on behalf of the following: APRIL 12, 2015 v Our ministry to 4th – 6th grade students beginning April 19th. v The missions we support: § The Philippine Ministry § Transport for Christ § Speak My Word Ministry § Kent Hoffsmith – no longer serving with EFCA Reach Global, Crisis Response. Please pray for him as he makes this transition back home and seeks where God would have him serve. § Joel & Jen Martin – DiscipleMakers, working on the LVC Campus. § Sarah Leonard – teacher at a Christian school in Tirana, Albania v Discernment on how to deal with space needs for worship services. v Pray for wisdom, insight, and submission to God’s leading as we consider the possibility of purchasing property. v That we would submit to the leading of the Holy Spirit as we seek His will for our lives and for our church. v The two churches closest to us – Grace Brethren and Community Bible Church. v Austin Beck – son of Gary & Diane Beck; that his medications will be totally effective, that his medical condition will go into remission, and that the tear in his MCL will heal. v John Binner – father of Lori Heilman; diagnosed with invasive melanoma. v Carol Ann Chapman – mother of Corinne Carr; in rehab following an elbow replacement. Pray for healing and a positive outlook. v Liz Custer – sister-in-law of Caitlin Steel; has cancer and is in need of continued prayer. v Darryl Gerber – recovering from back surgery. v Sheila Hoffer – weak and tired from a long-term bout of mono and other physical issues. v Zerek Hoffer – being treated for hearing loss in his right ear; pray for healing and wisdom for treatment. v Sandy Mellott – mother of John Mellott; recovering from surgery to remove a cancerous spot. v Ginny Sillik – diagnosed with cancer and will be having a series of treatments. v Linda Spangler – a CT scan showed that all of her cancer spots are shrinking! v Grace – 10 year old great-niece of Gary & Diane Beck; suffering from a deteriorating neurological disease. Pray for her meeting with the neurosurgeon in the near future, for effective PT and for the cooperation of her school. v Barbara Spaulding – healing of her lungs damaged by embolisms. v Suzanne Zimmerman – pray for freedom from pain. As a worshipping, Spirit-filled community, we desire God’s life-transformation, so that in all we do, Jesus will be exalted. Thank you for joining GracePoint Church at the worship gathering today. We look forward to seeing you there! 4TH – 6TH GRADE MINISTRY Sunday, April 19 @ 5:15pm-6:30pm We welcome all children currently in and heading into 4th, 5th and 6th grade to our new ministry! It will be held on the first and third Sunday of the month from 5:15pm – 6:30pm at Paramount. We are excited to walk our children through a wonderful curriculum and ask for your prayers as we start this exciting ministry.
