The GreatSex Workout
1 Stand with heels almost touching,
toes pointed 45 degrees. Raise arms
overhead and clasp hands, so palms
face ceiling. Get on tiptoes, then squat
until thighs are parallel to floor.
2 Press through the balls of your feet to
lift halfway up and swing out left hip,
while making fists with your hands.
3 Return to center squat with arms
overhead; repeat to right. Go back to
center squat, then back to standing
position. That’s one rep; do 8 to 15.

SLITHER-UPs
1 Sit on floor with legs in front
of you, knees bent. Slowly lower
your torso and head to the floor,
while sweeping arms out to
your sides until hands are at
head level, palms down.
2 Lift your head and torso,
dragging your hands as you go,
until you’re sitting again.
That’s one rep; do 10 to 20.

FULL FRONTAL
Lie face up on the floor,
resting on forearms with
knees and elbows bent. Now
straighten legs, rotate knees
out, lift legs 90 degrees,
and point your toes.
2 Quickly open and close
your legs, crossing the right
thigh over the left, then
reversing the movement.
Now open your legs as wide
as possible, then raise
them back to 90 degrees.
That’s one rep; do 40 to 50.

Sit with legs straight
in front of you. Get into
reverse plank by placing
hands under shoulders,
fingers pointing toward
toes, balancin­g on heels.
2 Raise and flex left foot,
and bring it toward chest.
Return to reverse-plank
position, then repeat with
your right foot. That’s one
rep; do 10 to 20.
