“Try Before You Buy”
The temp-to-hire solution gives our clients a flexible option when hiring new employees. Our
associates work at your organization for a trial period, usually 90 days. During this time, clients can
evaluate job performance and observe the associate’s personal interactions. This enables our clients to
identify a good cultural fit and make a more educated hiring decision. Temp-to-hire solutions also help
employers better plan for long-term staffing needs.
The temp-to-hire conversion period is 520 hours, about 90 days, and comes with a guarantee. Should
you find dissatisfaction with our associate during the conversion period, ParkWest will replace the
associate with no interruption to the accumulated hours. Completion of the conversion period also
eliminates the placement fee associated with a direct hire.

narrow our focus and find the right fit for our clients. We want to eliminate the possibility of
hiring someone with a high risk history for positions where candidates
are responsible for financial transactions or the care of company property.
We conduct a personal interview to gather more information about our
candidates’ qualifications, interests and availability. We also conduct a
full background check, work history and reference verification and onsite drug screening. General aptitude tests, personality inventories and
web-based software assessments are also administered.
E-Verify, a web-based service, electronically verifies an individual’s eligibility for employment
in the U.S. ParkWest uses the E-Verify program to verify the eligibility of all candidates and
ensure our clients maintain a legal workforce.
