SUPER BOWL CHILI
The Super Bowl game is next week and
your time is running out to order your
chili from the Religious Education Ministry to enjoy during the BIG GAME.
Pre-order forms can be found in the bulletin racks of
the Church and in the Parish Office. We are selling
pint and quart sizes complete with sides of onions and
grated cheese for $6.00 and $10.00. Out pre-order
deadline is coming Wednesday February 3rd, so don’t
delay. There will be a very limited quantity of non-pre
-ordered chili available for4 sale on Sunday February
7th 8:00 am– 2:00pm on the hospitality Patio. For

SAFEGUARDING THE CHILDREN
Setting boundaries fosters healthy relationships
We create boundaries to keep our lives in order, for example
many adults separate personal and professional relationships.
Trusted adults can help teach children to do the same. Boundaries are essential in the foundation of relationships, and children should be comfortable expressing where they draw their
own lines. “No means no” is easy to say in theory, but it
should be respected in practice by your kids and their friends,
teachers and other adults. Teach your kids how to explore
their own comfort zones and give them time to tell you about
their experiences. Open communication helps them understand that setting boundaries is part of life. For a copy of the

Festividad de Nuestra Señora de
Lourdes
El jueves 11 de Febrero es la festividad de
Nuestra Señora de Lourdes. Para celebrar
la misa de la mañana será a las 8:30 a.m.
con la escuela y la misa de la tarde será a
las 6:00 p.m. Hagan planes para asistir y celebrar este
día especial de nuestra patrona.
11va Venta Anual de Chili
El Gran Día del Súper Tazón es el próximo
Domingo 7 de Febrero.. Por favor apoyen al ministerio de Educación Religiosa,
con este único evento del año para recaudar fondos y ordenen nuestro delicioso Chili, hecho en
casa. Pueden encontrar los cupones de pedido en los
estantes de los boletines de la iglesia o en la oficina de
la
parroquia. Estamos vendiendo el Chili en dos tamaños:
pintas por $6.00 o cuartos de galón por $10.00 y
vienen con queso rallado y cebolla cortada en pedacitos.
Aceptamos ordenes por adelantado, hasta el miércoles
3 de Febrero. Si tienen alguna pregunta por favor llamen
a la oficina de Educación Religiosa al 818-353-3053.
El Ministerio de Ujieres y Monaguillos tendrán venta de
tamales el sábado 13 de febrero después de la misa en el
patio de hospitalidad y el domingo 14 de 7 a 9:30 am. Si
desea puede ordenarlos llamando a Rosa al 818-951-3527.
