Guided tour of Little Italy in the planning stages
We will have a confirmed date in September for our
guided tour of Little Italy. We are shooting for either
September 7th or 14th. Some of you might have taken this
tour 5 years ago - but our Tour Guide, Anthony Davi is
always refreshing our rich past here in Little Italy. For
those of you unfamiliar with the event, here are some of
the highlights.
COST: $25.00
We start the day with lunch at Filippi's Ristorante. Included is a Family-style
giant antipasto salad, gourmet pizzas and a non-alcoholic beverage of choice.
Wine or beer are available separately. Then we take our leisurely walking
tour. Anthony provides head-sets so that EVERYONE can hear what he is
saying. The event ends with gelato at Cafe' Zucchero.
It is a fun day. JOIN US!

Per suggestions at our last meeting, at our annual club bocce
picnic, we will have a buy-in tournament ($5.00 minimum skys the limit maximum)of bocce. Winner receives a trophy.
The true winner will be the creation of the Joe Zazzaro
Memorial Scholarship fund. Let's make him proud of us!
