TEAM BUILDING
From Corporate Races to Minute-to-Win It games to Wacky Olympics, we have done it all.
Below is a list of some of our favorite programs. If you don’t see one that sparks your interest,
just let us know. The best part about our job is making a program just for you!
OREGON TRAIL CHALLENGE
Sunriver is rich in history, from the Native Americans who hunted this area with weapons crafted from nearby
obsidian flows, to settlers on the wagon trains of the Oregon Trail and finally to Camp Abbot, built here to train
troops during World War II. If your group is looking for a teambuilding activity with a focus on fun, this is the event
for you. Your group will be divided into two or more troops to compete in a series of challenges. Working as a team,
you’ll be faced with events that require brainpower, teamwork and some physical endurance. Events may involve
word scrambles, digging for survival items, canoe obstacle courses and more!
Group Size: 10-100 | $40/person | $1,000 minimum | 1.5 – 3 Hours | Can be adapted to timeframes and budgets
GREAT CORPORATE RACE
For those groups looking for a more intense event that puts a larger emphasis on teambuilding and working
together, The Great Corporate is a challenge built for you and your group! From the minute teams are selected,
team members must rely on each other to achieve success. Each team will participate in a series of events and
activities that have an attached point value for success. In addition, each activity also has a specific number of team
members who must be present to participate, and penalties will be assessed for not completing the task properly or
failure to follow rules. Which team will complete the race on time and achieve the highest score?
Group Size: 10-500 | $50/person | $1,500 minimum | 3 – 4 hours | Can be adapted to time frames and budgets
SUNRIVER RESORT REGATTA
If you are seeking an event that focuses on teamwork and communication, then this boat-building program is just
the event for you. Your group will be divided into a number of teams depending on your group’s size. Each team
will be responsible for building a boat with the materials supplied and navigating it in the water. This program is a
unique group dynamics event but can also be just for fun. You can only hope your boat floats!
Group Size: 10-50 | $25/person | $600 minimum | 2 hours | Program dependent on pool availability
PHOTO SCAVENGER HUNT
This very popular activity is the perfect combination of teamwork, brainpower and scenic pedaling! Each team is given
bikes, and a set of clues. Bring your smart phone to take photos with. Some clues require reaching specific destinations;
others might require picking up specific items; while others encourage team creativity to achieve. Success can be
judged on time of completion, but we recommend waiting for the photo results to determine each team’s true success!
Group Size: 8-40 | $25/person | $400 minimum | 1.5 – 3 hours
Program dependent on bike availability and can be adapted for time frames and budgets.
WACKY OLYMPICS
Participate in a mix of Minute to Win it-style games along with our favorite summer field game favorites, designed just
for your group. Fin Flipper Relay, Buddy Walker Relay, Mini-Bike Obstacle Course, Root Beer Chug, Egg Toss, Bucket
Brigade, Pantyhose Boomerang and the Blind Jell-O experience are just a few of the events that will have your group
rolling with laughter. We enjoy it best when you pick out the games your group will participate in. We, of course, have
our group favorites that we will throw in whenever possible!
Group size: 20-200 | $25/person | $500 minimum | 1.5 – 2 hours
CHALLENGE ROPES COURSE
Bring your event to new heights! Our high ropes course is the perfect “soft” adventure. With elements like the Junk Yard
and Pamper Pole, this challenge course is dynamic and adrenaline-filled. Test your skills on all-time favorites: Bosun
Chairs, and Rickety Ladder, leading up to a 200’ zip line. Of course, we like to get you warmed up first, so challenge
your team to low ropes events like Bridges Out, the TeePee Shuffle and the Nitrous Swing.
Group Size: 10-40 | $65/person | $650 minimum | 4 - 6 hours depending on group size
The Challenge Course is open to the general public Tuesday through Friday mid-June through Labor Day. Private groups must book outside
of those days. Can be adapted to time frames and budgets.
TEAM BUILDING
ADVENTURE RACE
Compete in a head-to-head competition testing each team’s directional skills. Geared with a compass
and clues, each team will navigate our orienteering course to reach their destination at the river. At the
riverbank, teams will get in canoes and navigate them down a flat-water section of the wild and scenic
Deschutes River. This timed event will encourage teamwork, brainpower and physical brawn.
Group Size: 10-35 | $45/person | $750 minimum | 1.5 – 2 hours
*Water-related activity may be substituted in off-season from October-April.

We have created an event any team will love. This fast-paced, high-energy Bike Build program is sure to challenge any team while also
warming their hearts. Our Bike Build Donation is a charitable team-building program. Teams will utilize the tools of organization, delegation,
communication; and some mechanical skills; to build their bikes. After the bikes have been built, our bike mechanic will inspect them so the
leads of your teams can race them on a cone Obstacle Course set up nearby. At the conclusion of the program, your group can present these
beautiful, finished bicycles to a local charity representative from the Boys and Girls Club who will address your group and thank you for your
donation. Our Bike Build Donation will strengthen your team and touch their hearts; while putting smiles on faces of the children receiving your
generous donation. It will be a day that all will remember. An event where everyone wins!

This event includes lively teamwork in which your group will experience the sights, sounds and flavors of Mexico! In this exciting recipe contest,
your teams will make their own brand of salsa and guacamole. Each team will have a designated table equipped with all the required utensils
and will “shop our Mexican Marketplace” to select ingredients to make their recipes unique. After donning sombreros and selecting a captain,
teams will create and prepare salsa, guacamole and margaritas, develop a team name, design a team logo and write a “chant” to market their
creation - all within the allotted amount of time. Once the preparations are completed, the culinary team work capers will begin! Each team will
perform their chant and present their creations to the judges. Aspects of the program may be modified depending on variables, including, but
not limited to, venue restrictions, program length and group size.
