– PacifiCorp’s IntraLinks workspace is a secure environment for interacting online with business partners
– Concept is same as that of the Morgan Lewis workroom used in ER11‐3643

• recommended that you use Internet Explorer. Mac users, please use FireFox
– Documents are protected and users must have permission to view
– PacifiCorp requires a signed Data Room Access Agreement prior to granting site access

– Interested Parties provide PacifiCorp’s exchange manager with signed Data Room Access Agreement
• Parties will receive two separate emails:
– 1) invitation to the IntraLinks exchange, then
– 2) temporary password and request to change your password
•
You must log in with the same email address in which you received your electronic invitation
