Yearlong Commitment to Student and Staff Success
Just over one hundred students and their families attended the PTA Volunteer Appreciation Reception on Thursday, March
10th . This annual event gives us the opportunity to thank Bellevue Elementary’s families and friends for their commitment
to our school and the students we serve. We could not do what we do without your support.
Each year we recognize outstanding individuals who have gone above and beyond to make a difference. The 2015-2016

2016-2017 Teacher/Classroom Requests
Our entire staff will be working to create balanced classrooms for next school
year later this spring. As a part of this process, we appreciate input from
parents. If you’d like to make a request, please e-mail Mr. Wellmann at
[email protected].
Requests should include information on your student’s learning styles,
personalities, etc. Please remember that these requests do not guarantee
placement, but parent information is one piece of the process that the staff
considers when creating class rosters.
Requests will only be accepted until April 15th. If you’ve already sent your
request, you do not need to send another. Mr. Wellmann will respond to your
e-mails, so you know that they’ve been received. Thanks!

the State Competition at the Strategic Air and Space Museum on

Yearbook Pictures
We are hard at work putting together the 2015-2016 yearbook. Please send in photos of your student and their
school friends taken during school events to [email protected] . Be sure to label them including the name
of your child and their class teacher.
Carnival Discount Wristbands on Sale through Friday, March 18th
Wristbands are on sale for $8 through this Friday. They will be $10 the day of the carnival. Children 4
years and younger may purchase a wristband for $5. The wristband will provide students unlimited access
to all games, bounce houses and activities at the carnival for 3 hours! Carnival activities include over 33 games,
bounce houses, free fun photo booth, entertainment and demonstrations, cake walk, book walk, and bingo!
Seven baskets will be up for bids at our Silent Auction.
