PTA REMINDERS:
ü Spirit Day - January 8. Wear Jefferson School Color: Blue and Gold!
ü Kids Science Safari and Eager Engineers Family Fun Night is on January 11 at 6:30 in the Jefferson
Gymnasium. Everyone attending will have a chance to participate in guided science experiments that are
already set up. Join us for a night of learning and fun! Please visit our shutterfly website for volunteer
opportunities. To make this a successful night, we need several coaches to guide participates through the
experiments. Instructions will be provided prior to the event.
ü Jefferson's 1st Indoor Carnival is on January 22 at 6:30. More details to follow!
ü The teachers can use some assistance through Copy Helpers! We are trying a different method for copies
helpers this year and are asking people to sign up through VolunteerSpot - Please sign up for Copy Helper on
VolunteerSpot today!. Parents, Guardians, Caregivers, Grandparents can volunteer a little bit of time every
week to assist the teachers and staff at Jefferson. Teachers leave any copies needed in the copy helper box in
the copy room with instructions. Copy Helpers spend on average 15 minutes. If training is needed with the copy
machine, contact the PTA at [email protected].
