Emma’s paintings express a passion for colour, and she has a unique ability in translating Australian culture to
canvas. Emma utilizes large brushstrokes and vibrant colours to portray scenes from Australia’s rugged outback,
to the beautiful beaches and forests of the southwest. Emma’s art has struck a chord with collectors both nationally and internationally.
Emma is inspired by her own extensive travels and her love of the outback is obvious. She has spent months
camping from the back of a ute, with a sketch book in hand exploring waterfalls and gorges, turquoise bays and
rocky islands, mesmorised by their beauty and accompanying wildlife and flora. Australian wildlife feature
strongly throughout a lot of Emma’s works, romping across the vivid canvas with a sense of fun and liveliness.

mudcrab and cooks it on the coals for dinner. I love caturing the simplicity of life in this unique
