Alchemy Interiors in cooperation with Monte Vera Design offer new home owners a turn-key solution
for furnishing and equipping their newly completed vacation and investment properties at Porto
Montenegro. From high quality designer sofas and beds to window coverings, area rugs linens and
cutlery, we supply everything necessary to transform your vacant space into a home.
Our Canadian trained and accredited Interior Designer, Pieter de Bruin b.i.d. has over ten years
international experience designing and decorating residential interiors. He is currently based in

where do we start?
The following pages provide examples of three distinct collections that we refer to as Contemporary

On receipt of an initial €2,500 non-refundable deposit, our team with prepare a customized furniture
layout to suit your individual home, and provide you with a detailed furniture selection summary for your

process. the remaining 25% less your initial deposit will be due two week prior to delivery.
