Toni is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor
(since 1994) and ACE Certified Personal Trainer
(since 1999). She has been teaching and
training as a Fitness Professional for 15 years at

and effective!”). She sees a strong connection
between physical and mental health therefore
draws upon her background as a
psychotherapist to motivate, coach and bring
out individual potential. Toni seeks to bring
physical fitness to people of all ages and stages
and loves the challenge of creatively helping
clients incorporate their personal preferences
into routines and life style changes that will
allow them to meet their goals. Toni offers
individualized fitness assessments (incl. body
composition, strength, flexibility, cardio fitness,
etc.) to help clients track their progress.
