The Economy Bag is the spearhead of Luciano Cocci srl, experienced
by over 15 years of existence on the market, and today is the bestselling automatic packing machine for live shellfish in tubular mesh
in the world. This ultimate machine is a result of the application of
the latest technologies firmly anchored in tradition, to provide an high
quality and reliable service., representing the state of the art in the
shellfish wighing and packing field. The Economy-Bag is easy to use,
robust and resistant to water. It is practically indestructible. Since the
machine is extremely customizable, you can at any time upgrade it
replacing the volumetric doser with a multi-head weighing system. The
top version allows to pack up to 52 bags per minute, and also permits
the discharge (in bags or baskets) of bulk. The installation and set-up of our equipment is carried out very quickly,
thanks to the collaboration of the best specialized technicians working in our company. Furthermore, we make possible the technological
update of existent production lines without the necessity of stopping
the production, with the use of spare packing machines that we always keep in our plants in order to respond to these kind of needs.

Le pesatrici multitesta circolari rappresentano il top della tecnologia di

Circular multi-head weighers are the ultimate solution in weighing technology, as they allow to reach high speeds in terms
of dumps per minute, and at the same time to have
a grade of precision that can be measured in
the order of the gram. All the multi-head weighers
come with pre-dosing system, and the full equipment comes with platforms for the inspection and
cleaning of the weigher, accordingly to the norms
imposed by sanitary and safety controls.

Pesatrici multitesta circolari
Multihead circular weighers
Completamente personalizzabili, sono disponibili nelle versioni 8, 10 e 14
teste, con tazze di volume 1.6, 2.5 e 5 lt. Si realizzano anche applicazioni
dedicate per mitili non sbissati, prodotti non trasportabili con vibrazioni
ed altro. Su richiesta, le parti a contatto col prodotto possono essere in
acciaio antiaderente, che facilita lo scivolamento dei prodotti appiccicosi. L’applicazione di queste multiteste è consigliata per una pesatura
estremamente accurata e per un’estrema facilità di pulizia della macchina stessa, in quanto completamente smontabile in pochi minuti.
Completely customizable, they come with 8, 10 and 14 cell heads,
with buckets volume of 1.6, 2.5 and 5 liters. Special application
designs are available, to handle critical product as in the case of
undebyssed mussels, product that can’t be moved with vibrations
and more. On demand, the parts in contact with the product can
be in dimpled stainless steel, that helps the moving of the sticky
product. The implementation of tiese multi-heads is adviced for its
extremely high precision and ease of maintenance and cleaning.

Il sistema di taglio e applicazione con stampante termica permette di stampare etichette, anche con barcode, configurabili sul momento tramite la tastiera palmare.
Ogni etichetta viene sigillata sui sacchetti automaticamente mediante l’applicazione della clips a filo continuo zincato, che avendo un prezzo inferiore alle clips in
alluminio, permette grandi risparmi che aumentano con la produzione.
The built-in cutting and application system with thermal printing allows you to print
labels with optional barcodes, quickly configurable using the keyboard device. Each
label is placed on the bags automatically through the application of continuous

Automatic net loader for packing machines
Questa evoluzione della caricatubo standard permette il
carico completamente automatico dei tubi portarete di
tutte le confezionatrici che utilizzano questo sistema. Ciò
permette di far risparmiare tempo prezioso agli operatori,
che dopo aver posizionato il tubo possono abbandonare la
macchina che riempirà il tubo di rete in pochi minuti, fermandosi automaticamente a carico avvenuto, in modo da
essere pronta al momento del prossimo cambio tubo.
The evolution of the standard pipe net loader makes the
loading of the net pipes a completely automatic process.
This machine is useful for operators using packing lines that
implement this system, as it saves valuable time for operators,
who after having placed the tube can leave the machine
without no more worries. The pipe net loader will automatically load the pipe with the packing net, eventually stopping and setting itself ready for the next empty tube.

Questo modello consente un’ottima pulizia dei molluschi: è infatti dotato, oltre che
di un set di spazzole ondulanti, anche di un
impianto di lavaggio che in caso di necessità rimuove il fango o la sabbia al prodotto.
Questo modello è ottimo in particolare per le
cozze “in grappolo“ (semi-sgranate o riparcate), ma può essere utilizzata anche per le
vongole. Effettuando una pressione lineare
sul prodotto, le spazzolatrici ondulanti aiutano ad aprire i gusci vuoti e il prodotto morto.
Essendo inoltre dotate di una griglia, riescono
anche ad eliminare i molluschi più piccoli e
soprattutto i gusci, rendendo possibile una
prima selezione già in fase di pulizia.
This model allows for an excellent cleaning of
molluscs: the machine is provided, as well as a
set of undulating brushes, of a washing system
which, in case of necessity, removes the sand
or mud from the product. This model is especially suitable for mussels ‘‘in bunches’’ (semideclumped or reparked), but can also be
used for clams. By applying a linear pressure,
the machine helps in opening up the empty
shells and the dead product. Being provided
with a grating, the machine is also capable to
eliminate the smaller moluscs and the shells,
making possible to carry out a first selection
already in the clening stage.

spazzole, il lavaggio delle parti interne della macchina è un’operazione facile e veloce, assicurando minori tempi e costi di manutenzione.
The rolling brusher machine allows an accurate clening without overstressing the product. This technology is thus suitable for mussels, clams, oysters, and generally for all those products that require a gentler treatment. Thanks to the possibility of opening the brushing plane, the cleaning

that ensures a superb quality of debyssing in time, without braking nor damaging the processed mussels. Through a careful realization, the debyssing bars undergo a ‘‘self-cleaning’’ process, avoiding the accumulation of

Our overturners are a guarantee over time. They are robusts and constructed with the best components
available on the market. They are able to carry out their onerous task without being affected by their age.
They are entirely constructed in Aisi 316 stainless steel, including the hydraulic cylinders for lifting and all the
parts of the hydraulic power unit, that is perfectly protected within the structure for a prolonged duration. We
have constructed overturners for many types of container, and with our experience we can make machines

Studiata appositamente per l’allevamento di
mitili in corda continua, permette il reincalzo
automatico con rete di cotone del seme o delle
cozze. La scelta di allevare in corda continua
e l’inserimento di questa macchina automatica
nella linea di lavorazione in mare permettono
una riduzione di tempo lavoro (e quindi di costi)
fino al 70%. La velocità di reincalzo è regolabile
tramite un pannello di controllo, così da poter
adattarsi al movimento dell’imbarcazione
lungo il vivavio.

Le sgranatrici Luciano Cocci sono le uniche in Europa ad essere disponibili in tre diversi
modelli, di differenti dimensioni e produzione oraria (fino a 6 Ton/h), per venire incontro
ad ogni tipo di cliente. Queste macchine servono a separare i mitili ‘‘in resta’’ (allevati su
corda), e consentono un’ottima pulizia del prodotto essendo dotate, oltre che del corpo sgranante, anche di un sistema di spazzole. Grazie al sistema di lavaggio incorporato
inoltre, le nostre sgranatrici riescono a eliminare la totalità del fango, delle impurità e del
piccolo seme presenti sulle cozze. La versione standard della sgranatrice prevede
l’accoppiamento con un selezionatore vibrante (in foto), permettendo di
ottenere direttamente varie pezzature del prodotto. Il particolare
design e la cura dei dettagli tipici dei nostri prodotti rendono le
nostre sgranatrici estremamente robuste e durevoli, costruite per
poter essere utilizzate negli ambienti più difficili, come ad esempio sulle imbarcazioni.
The Luciano Cocci declumper machines are the only ones in Europe coming in three models, differing in dimension and productivity (up to 6 Ton/h), in order to be suitable for every kind of client.
These machines allow to separate the mussels grown on rope,
permitting an excellent cleaning of the product, being provided,
as well as the declumping system, of a set of brushes. Thanks to
the embedded washing system, our declumpers eliminate all the
mud, the impurities and the small mussel seed that might be present in the product. The standard model of the declumper comes
coupled with a vibrating grading machine, allowing to select directly different product sizes. The particular design and care for
details typical of our products make our declumpers strong and
robust machines, built to be used in the harshest environments, like,
for example, on the boats.

e selezionato. Gli operatori possono utilizzare tubi di diametri diversi per i vari stadi di crescita delle cozze.
The socketing belts at the end of the grading machine allow for the socking in double net (cotton and plastic net) of the declumped and graded
product. It is possible for the operators to use pipes of different diameter for all the stages of mussel growth.

La ditta Luciano Cocci viene costituita nel 1978, collocandosi nel
settore delle imprese di costruzioni meccaniche. Nel 1983, viene
decisa l’attuazione di un piano di sviluppo, concentrando le risorse nella costruzione di macchinari ed attrezzature per allestimenti
completi di imbarcazioni adibite alla pesca di molluschi bivalvi
(vongole). Il passo successivo ha condotto l’azienda all’identificazione delle attività di progettazione e costruzione di impianti per
mitilicoltura (allevamento mitili in mare aperto in long-line) ed alla
progettazione e costruzione di allestimenti completi (impianti e
macchinari) per imbarcazioni utilizzate negli impianti di mitilicoltura stessi, integrando in maniera naturale ed ottimale le attività
iniziali. L’impiego di personale sempre più qualificato e la costante
ricerca di innovazione, base della filosofia aziendale, hanno consentito ulteriori sviluppi che hanno interessato tutte le attività a valle
della catena produttiva formata da pesca e allevamento di mitili:
nella fattispecie, stabilimenti per la lavorazione ed il confezionamento di molluschi. Lo sviluppo di soluzioni mirate principalmente
alla soddisfazione delle esigenze di una clientela sempre più qualificata ci consente di essere presenti, oltre che sul mercato italiano,
sia sui mercati europei (Francia, Spagna, Olanda, Germania, paesi
scandinavi, Grecia, Albania, Croazia, Slovenia, ecc.) che sui mercati extra-europei (Tunisia, Turchia, Venezuela, Messico, Canada,
Stati Uniti, Australia, Nuova Zelanda, ecc.). L’azienda risiede all’interno di uno stabilimento di circa 6.000 mq nel quale vengono effettuate tutte le attività di costruzione con impiego di attrezzature a
tecnologia avanzata, supportate da un ufficio tecnico con diverse
stazioni di disegno e progettazione. L’ufficio commerciale, l’ufficio
acquisti e spazi di accoglienza per i clienti si trovano nello stesso
stabilimento e completano i servizi dell’azienda.
The company Luciano Cocci was founded in 1978, in the mechanical constructions field. In 1983, it decided to implement a development plan, focusing resources in the construction of machinery and
equipment for the full preparation and set up of bivalve molluscs
(clams) fishing boats. The next step has directly led the company to
the design and the construction of aquaculture systems and equipment (mussels farmed in the open sea in long-line) and the design
and the construction of equipment and machinery for complete
vessel establishments, vessels used in the mussels farming plants,
thus naturally and optimally integrating the early company activities. Due to the progressive employment of qualified personnel and
the continuous search for innovation (the basis of the company philosophy), further developments have been possible which have expanded the company activities in order to integrate the mussel fisheries and livestock production line: specifically, the design and the
construction of establishments, equipment and machinery for shellfish processing and packaging. The development of solutions aimed
primarily at satisfying the needs of an increasingly more qualified
customer base, made possible for the company to be present not
only on the Italian market, but also on the European markets (France,
Spain, Holland, Germany, scandinavian countries, Greece, Albania,
Croatia, Slovenia, etc..) and world markets (Tunisia, Turkey, Venezuela,
Mexico, Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand, etc..). The
company resides within an establishment of approximately 6,000
square meters in which occur all construction activities, including
the use of advanced technologies, backed by a technical department with several drawing and design stations. Sales department,
purchasing department and spaces for customer reception are in
the same site, and complete the services of the company.
