OUR COURSES
OUR CADET PILOTS ARE GIVEN A SOLID FOUNDATION AND ARE TAKEN THROUGH AN APPROPRIATE
PASSAGE TO EXPOSE THEM TO REQUISITE AVIATION KNOWLEDGE AND FLYING SKILLS.
HM Aerospace offers our cadet pilots a range of aviation courses. Our courses are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the
Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) Malaysia.
The License examinations are conducted by the Malaysian Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) and United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority
International (UK CAAI). Courses cater for cadets who are sponsored by commercial airline companies, private cadets fresh out of
secondary school, overseas cadets as well as adults who meet the qualifying requirements. Our course duration ranges from three (3) to
eighteen (18) months. Courses available at HM Aerospace are:
• Private Pilot’s Licence Course (PPL)
• Assistant Flight Instructor Course (AFI)
• Commercial Pilot’s Licence and Instrument Rating
(Aeroplane) with Frozen Airline Transport Pilot’s
Licence Course (CPL/IR with Frozen ATPL)
• Abridged Course (CPL/IR with Frozen ATPL)

THE ISLAND OF LANGKAWI IS WELL KNOWN FOR ITS ALL-THE-YEAR ROUND SUNNY WEATHER, MAKING
IT AN IDEAL LOCATION FOR HM AEROSPACE.
HM Aerospace is located on the beautiful and legendary island of Langkawi. Our facilities are situated near the Langkawi International
Airport. The serene and peaceful environment here makes it conducive for our cadet pilots to enjoy the location whilst pursuing their
training at our centre. With its rich culture and history, Langkawi is also open to exploration by the cadets for their recreational interests.
