The Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center is a hugely successful community-based multidisciplinary nonprofit on the Westside, which has contributed greatly towards the health of the neighborhood and the representation of Latino arts in the city and nation. It now includes six buildings including a theater, gallery, and coffee house. A shared-space office building could be the key to attracting the creative class to the Eastpoint Community. Many young creative class entrepreneurs lack the resources to maintain their own private offices and value the benefits of collaborative work.
