More than 30 kilometres of Blue Flag
beaches are waiting for you along the
Adriatic coast of the Emilia Romagna and
Abruzzi regions and along the Tyrrhenian
coast between the Lagoon of Orbetello
and Monte Argentario. And even Garda
Lake, with its crystal waters, its private
beach to sunbathe along the cobble

Club del Sole sea beaches ,characterized
by thin sand, include a free beach area
and a fully equipped one with beach
resorts where you can rent of umbrellas

Every resort offers a bar service for
a refreshing break with ice-creams,

The entertainment staff Club del Sole will ensure
great fun both for children and their parents with

COMACCHIO
“The little Venice” of the Po Delta,
entirely nestled in one of the major
lagoon areas of Italy and Europe, 12
km only.
The seven lidos of Comacchio are
known for the “17 Pearls of Ferrarese”,
typical dishes of the area, valorised
every summer through an itinerant
food and wine event.
The flagship product of the
gastronomy of the Delta and the coast
of Comacchio is instead eels, to which
numerous local gastronomic events
are dedicated.
Primavera Slow, a series of initiatives
related to birdwatching, hiking and
gastronomy, from March to June;

Location of the Lowland Ferrarese,

Excursions
LIDOS OF COMACCHIO
Delta del Po Regional Park, a huge
area set in the green of centuries-old
woodlands, pinewoods and green
areas, is listed at the Unesco World
Heritage registry because of its
extraordinary natural ecosystem. The
park includes 18 itineraries, which
can be explored on foot, by bike, by
boat or by horseback, to discover its
natural and historical richness.
Delta del Po is a fantastic site for
birders, where birdwatching towers
have been erected at several
strategic locations. More than 300
bird species have been observed on
the migration routes crossing the
Park.
Within easy reach of Lidos of
Comacchio is possible to visit
Mirabilandia and the Safari Park of the
Province of Ravenna.

17 Pearls of food and wine of the
area, in summer;
Riviera Beach Games, the Olympics
of beach games, from May to

Cycle
Routes
In the region there are more than 200 of cycle paths, providing views of Delta
del Po Regional Parks. There’s wildlife too: flamingos, herons, stilts, avocets and
curlews. Further, Comacchio Lidos also include the longest cycle path in Italy
and one of the longer in the world: 130 km, five different thematic itineraries
perfectly linked together, from Gorino Ferrarese, on the east side, up to Stellata
di Bondeno, on the west side, bordering rivers and water streams, going along
its banks and passing through places of historical and cultural interest for the
prosperous Renaissance of Ferrara. The Po Delta and Lidos of Comacchio
represent the extremes of this path.

framed in the Po Delta Park, recognised World Heritage.

Art and Culture
RAVENNA The town has been declared
World Heritage by UNESCO, it is the
ancient capital of the Western Roman
Empire, and it is only 11 km from Punta
Marina Terme, connected also by a
cycle track.
BERTINORO The “terrace of Romagna”,
a medieval cradle of wine culture and
good food. Just 48 km.
BRISIGHELLA It is an ancient and
evocative medieval village situated at
the end of Lamone Valley. Its name
appears in the prestigious guidebook
called “I Borghi più belli d’Italia” (the most
beautiful villages in Italy). It is 60 km far
from Punta Marina.

BEACHES OF RAVENNA
The beaches of Ravenna - Casalborsetti, Marina Romea, Porto Corsini, Marina di Ravenna and
Punta Marina Terme, Lido Adriano, Lido di Dante, Lido di Classe and Lido di Savio extend over
36 km of fine sandy beaches in the province of Ravenna, behind a luxuriant pinewood. Although
they are close to each other, the beaches are well distinguished by their geography and tourism:
Casalborsetti, Lido di Dante and Lido di Classe are characterized by many still untouched green
areas, while Porto Corsini and Punta Marina Terme are modern and comfortable seaside resorts,
with beaches and spas. Marina Romea, Marina di Ravenna, Lido Adriano and Lido di Savio are
the coolest location of the coast of Ravenna, particularly popular among young people. Milano
Marittima is located on the south of the Lidos of Ravenna, adjoining with Lido di Savio. It ‘a place
of parties and elegance, with a lively nightlife.

routes: “Le Querce di Dante” walk path,

Food and wine
Ravenna and its Province are proud
of their ancient cooking traditions,
although they are mainly known for
their artistic and environmental heritage.
Their most famous speciality is the
homemade pasta in its different shapes:
“cappelletti”, “strozzapreti”, “lasagne”,
“tagliatelle”, prepared with the traditional
meat sauce or with shellfish or other fish
in the coast area. Every course is served
with piadina, the flatbread typical in the
Romagna region, which has recently
obtained the PGI certification by the
European Commission.
Fun parks
Ravenna province is well-known for
hosting two of the greatest fun parks of
the region Emilia Romagna: Mirabilandia
and Zoo Safari Park. Mirabilandia is one of
the major Italian amusement parks, with
more than 40 attractions for adults and
children and daily shows of artists and
acrobat perfomers. Zoo Safari Park is an
expansive wildlife sanctuary with many

Known as an ancient port, Cesenatico represents a combination of sea, fun
and high quality food. The town of Cesenatico embodies the perfect marriage
between man and the sea: its heart is on the harbor designed by Leonardo da
Vinci in the sixteenth century, which now hosts the Maritime Museum, a real
celebration of sailboats. Maritime history of the town also lives in Piazza delle
Conserve, recently renovated, once used to preserve fish and today popular

Routes
Biking is, hands down, the best way to explore the Maremma in Tuscany. Cycling
routes in Maremma are diverse and popular with cyclists, because the landscape
presents all sorts of challenges . The routes traverse plains along the rivers and coasts,
rolling countryside and steep terrain in the mountains. The longest and most popular
cycling itinerary in the Maremma is the Gran Tour Della Maremma. This 366 km track,
like its name suggests, it’s a grand tour of the Maremma. It passes through cities and
country towns, valleys and hills, shores and natural beauties so you get to experience
a real taste of Tuscan life . Another popular bike route is the Maremman branch of
Ciclopista del Sole, planned to be a cycle route that runs from the border with Austria

DESENZANO
Desenzano, “the Capital of Lake
Garda”, has some pleasant winding
historic streets between the town’s
castle on its hill, and the lakeshore

lake promenade and the harbour. In the
Old Town you should visit the Cathedral
of Santa Maria Maddalena and the
Castle of Desenzano, as you have a
beautiful view over the city and Lake

SIRMIONE
Sirmione is one of the most popular

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE SALE OF PACKAGES CLUB DEL SOLE
1) 1) The reservation can be carried out and
completed by mail, fax, e-mail at our address,
or directly from our website through our online
booking system. Minimum stay: 7 nights in the
period from 04/06/2016 to 03/09/2016, 2 nights
from the opening of each Camping Village to
04/06/2016 and from 03/09/2016 to closure of
the facility. The booking is individual, and as such
is valid only for the person whose personal data
are indicated in the booking contract.
2) Upon receipt of the reservation request, Club
del Sole will ship to the customer a “confirmation
of the booking package” which indicates:
Camping-Village chosen, the type of structure,
the dates of arrival and departure, the exact
amount of the stay and the down payment to be
paid equal to the 30% of the total cost.
3) The customer booking a stay, will have to
pay the down payment within 7 days of receipt
of the reservation confirmation, and the balance
must be paid no later than 30 days before the
date of arrival at the Camping-Village, except
for any promotions. For bookings made 30 days
before the date of arrival, the customer will have
to pay the full amount of the stay together with
the booking confirmation. Upon receipt of the
final payment, you will receive a confirmation
voucher. Local taxes (when due) and any extra
services not booked, will be paid on site at the
Camping-Village.
4) Upon arrival at the Camping-Village,
the customer must present the voucher at
the reception desk with its own personal
confirmation. The village structure (mobile home,
apartment, lodge, tent or bungalow) booked, will
be available to customers from 17.00 on day of
arrival and must be vacated by 09.00 am on the
day of departure. For any late departures (after
09.00) Camping-Village will charge you the daily
rate (mobile home rate) in accordance with the
public price list.
5) For the final cleaning of the village structures
(mobile home, bungalow, apartment, lodge,
tent), with respect to stays with a length of stay
lower than 7 nights, it is required to pay a fee for
final cleaning, which may vary depending on the
structures from 40.00 € to 60.00 € unless such
service has not been explicitly included in the
package. For stays of 7 nights the final cleaning
is included and will always be included in the
package, except in cases where not explicitly
stated in the tourist package contract.
6) Any requests for cancellation of confirmed
bookings (already in a status of paid balance
or deposit), must be submitted in writing. The
customer who is forced to cancel the holiday
for reasons not covered by the insurance policy,
whether purchased in the package and/or
together with it, cannot refund the amount paid.
For any cancellations due to causes not covered
by insurance and done within 15 days before
the holiday start date, however, the customer
is entitled to use the amount paid for a new
reservation at the Club del Sole for the following
season (the use of the voucher cannot be divided
and the amount of the new reservation must be
equal to or greater than the value of the voucher
granted). No refund in case of partial use of the
voucher and / or cancellations after the deadline
indicated above.
7) When signing the reservation, the customer
will accept the booking conditions of Club del
Sole, the price list in use, and it is committed to
strict comply with the rules of the Club del Sole.
Club del Sole has the right to terminate your
booking if the subscriber, his family or his guests,
do not adhere to standards.
8) Pets are allowed in all Camping Village
facilities marked in the catalog “Club del Sole
2016” under the determination “dog-friendly”.
However, customers with animals who have
booked a stay, are required to communicate
this presence at the time of booking. Large
size dogs and defense dogs are not allowed.
9) Any special initiatives (special offers, last
minute, promotions, etc..) That will be made
after the date of publication of the catalog come
from renegotiation with suppliers of services
and cannot have retroactive effect, being these
subjected to limited availability.
10) We will not accept changes in terms of
personal data, number of participants, or
ancillary services than specified in the contract
at the time of booking confirmation, unless they
are communicated to the booking center within
30 days before the date of arrival. All facilities
and camping village will then be available only to
those people indicated on the travel documents.
The direction of Camping-Village will be entitled
to not provide any accommodation to those
who do not adhere to this rule.
11) The reports received from customers about
preferred location of the structure or camping
village will be treated as such, and they have
no contractual or absolute guarantee, since
the assignment will be on-site at Club del Sole
Camping-Village discretion.
12) To activate the insurance policy, it is
necessary to transmit at the time of the booking
done by the customer all the full personal details
of guests who will make their stay, in the event
of change of the same it must be communicated
promptly to Club del Sole Srl in writing. The
non-disclosure of data relating to one or more
accommodating guests will void the insurance
policy.

issued. Thereafter no reimbursement will be
charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Art.1: Notice of cancellation
The notice of cancellation must come about in
writing by mail to: annullamenti@cluddelsole.
com.
All cancellation received by telephone will be not
taken into consideration.
The cancellation request will be managed no
later than 48 h after receipt of the mail.

If the Insured, due to sudden illness or an accident, should incur medical/
pharmaceutical/hospitalization expenses for care, or urgent surgery which
cannot be postponed, which took place on site during the trip, during the
period of the warranty, Europ Assistance will provide for their reimbursement
up to the maximum coverage foreseen in Art. “DETERMINATION OF MAXIMUM
COVERAGE”, considering the maximum coverage greater between what
is foreseen for the country of origin and that of the country of destination.
Maximum coverage:
Abroad: €5.000,00
Italy: € 500,00
The reimbursements will be made with a fixed and absolute franchise amount
per accident and per Insured of Euro 35.00.
SECTION III
NSURANCE COSTS OF STAY/PRACTICE CANCELLATION
SPECIAL DEFINITIONS OF THE SECTION
Travel companion: person insured with the same insurance policy and traveling
together with and at the same time as the Insured.
Accident: the event due to an accidental, violent and external cause that
results in the direct and exclusive consequence of physical injury objectively
ascertainable causing death, permanent disability or temporary disability.
Sickness: Any alteration from the state of good health not dependent on the
accident.
Pre-existing sickness: sickness that is the expression or the direct consequence
of chronic pathological conditions or pre-existing at the commencement of the
warranty.
Recovery: The time spent in a Health Institution which includes the stay of at
least one night.
Penalty fee: the amount charged to the Customer who withdraws from the
travel/location contract before departure, excluding any possible enrollment fees
and/or possible origination fees, according to the following regulation:
- cancellations up to 30 days from the arrival date: no penalty is foreseen;
- cancellations from 29 to 10 days before the arrival date: a penalty of 75% of
the stay booked as per contract will be charged;
- cancellations from 9 to 1 days before the arrival date: a penalty of 90% of the
stay booked as per contract will be charged;
- no show: a penalty of 100% of the stay booked as per contract will be
charged.
In case of bookings made within a time period of 15 days before the arrival
date, the customer will pay the full amount of the stay together with the
confirmation of booking. Balance within 7 days before arrival.
Deductible: he part of the amount of damage, expressed in percentages, which
obligatorily remains borne by the Insured with a minimum expressed in absolute
value.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE SECTION
Art. 1 INDIVIDUALS INSURED
The following is insured:
the individual who purchased a holiday from the Contractor.
Art. 2 SUBJECT OF THE INSUR
If the Insured, when faced with the total cancellation of the stay/practice booked
before the start of the trip itself, after one of the reasons indicated below, albeit
it involuntary and unpredictable at the time of booking, should be charged by
the Contractor, a penalty fee, Europ assistance will reimburse the amount of the
cancellation fee (excluding the booking fee).
The warranty will be provided upon cancellation for:
a)a) sickness, accident (for which there is clinical documentation proving the
inability to participate in the trip), or death:
of the Insured;
of the spouse/partner, a son/daughter, brothers and sisters, of a parent or a
father or mother in law, of a son or daughter in law, or the Partner/Co-owner
of the Company or group practice. If these people are not traveling together
or booked on the same flight as the Insured, in the case of serious sickness or
accident, the Insured must demonstrate that his/her presence is required;
of any accompanying person, so long as they are insured and undersigned to
the same trip along with and at the same time as the Insured..
In the case of serious illness or injury of any one person indicated,
authorization is given to doctors of Europ Assistance to carry out a medical
examination;
b mpossibility of using the holidays already planned as a result of recruitment or
dismissal by the employer;
cmaterial damage that affect the house of the Insured as a result of fire or
natural disaster for which its presence may be necessary and irreplaceable;
d)inability to achieve, as a result of natural disasters, or place of departure of the
trip organized or leased property;
e) subpoena or summons in the Criminal Court by the Judge or a summons for
Jury duty after the booking of the trip.
Art. 3 TERRITORY
This refers to the countries where the accident occurred and in which the
warranties and services are provided, in other words in Italy, the Republic of San
Marino and the Vatican City.
Art. 4 EXCLUSIONS
Europ Assistance will not reimburse in the case of:
a accident, illness or death verified prior to the moment of the reservation;
b)illness pre-existing at the time of reservation of the trip;
c) nervous, mental, neuropsychiatric and psychosomatic disorders;
d)the state of pregnancy or pathological conditions and its consequences in
cases where conception occurred prior to the date of travel registration;
e) employment purposes other than those guaranteed;
f) the cases in which the Insured did not inform the travel organization or agency
or even Europ Assistance directly of the formal waiver to the travel and/or
accommodation booked, within five calendar days from the occurrence of
the cause of the cancellation itself;
g)theft, robbery, loss of identification and/or travel documents;
h)the cases in which the Insured did not send the notification by the date of
commencement of travel or accommodation if at the end of the five days
referred to in paragraph f) falls after the date of commencement of the
journey and/or accommodation.
The warranty is also not due for accidents caused by or due to:
i)war, earthquakes, weather phenomena that lend themselves to natural
disasters, transmutation of the nucleus of the atom, radiation caused by the
artificial acceleration of atomic particles;
j) strikes, revolutions, riots or popular movements, looting, acts of terrorism and
vandalism;
k) malice by the Insured.
Art. 5 OBLIGATIONS OF THE INSURED IN THE CASE OF AN ACCIDENT
In the case of modifications and/or forced withdrawal from the journey or
accommodations, the Insured must make, within five calendar days from the
occurrence of the cause of the withdrawal, and in any case not later than the
start date of the trip, a complaint https://sinistrionline.europassistance.it following
the instructions (or by going directly to the website https://sinistrionline.
europassistance.it accident section) or will have to send by a telegram or fax to
no. 02.58.47.70.19, a written complaint addressed to: Ufficio Liquidazione Sinistri
(Claims Settlement Office) Annullamento Viaggio (Travel Cancellation) - Europ
Assistance Italia S.p.A. - Piazza Trento, 8 - 20135 Milano – indicating:
1. name, surname, address, telephone number;
2. number of policy or policies taken out for the same trip;
3. the cause of cancellation or modification;
4. place of availability of the Insured or of the persons that gave rise to the
cancellation (family, co-owner of the company/group practice);
5. objective documentation proving the cause of withdrawal/modification, with
the original;
6. documentation proving the link between the Insured and any other person
which determined the waiver.
If the waiver and/or amendment to the trip or accommodation is due to
illness and/or injury, the complaint must contain:
7. the pathology type;
8. the beginning and the end date of the pathology.
Within 15 days of the complaint referred to above, the Insured should also submit
the following documents to Europ Assistance:
9. copy of the policy;
10.personal data, tax ID and contact details;
11. objective documentation proving the cause of withdrawal from the trip, with
the original;
12.in case of an illness or accident, a medical certificate attesting to the date
of the accident or the onset of the illness, the specific diagnosis and days of
prognosis;
13.in the case of hospitalization, a copy of the medical records;
14.registration form for the trip, or a similar document;
15.receipts (deposit, balance, penalty) of payment of travel or location;
16.the confirmation statement of the reservation issued by the Organization/
Travel Agency.
17. invoice from the Organization relating to the penalty charged;
18.travel program and schedule;
19.travel documents (visa, etc.);
20.travel reservation contract.
In the case of penalty fee charged by the airline/shipping company:
21.confirmation of the purchase of the ticket or similar document;
22.receipt of payment of the ticket;
23.declaration from the airline carrier/shipping company stating the penalty fee
charged;
24.copy of the canceled airline/ ship in the event of partial charge of the penalty
fee;
25.original of the airline/shipping ticket in the event of a total charge of the
penalty fee.
Failure to comply with the requirements related to filing claim for the accident
may result in the loss of the right to compensation pursuant to Article 1915
of the C.C.
Art. 6 CRITERIA FOR THE LIQUIDATION OF THE DAMAGE
Europ Assistance will reimburse, in full, the penalty fee charged to the Insured
(excluding the booking fee) for the total Cancellation of the practice, up to the
maximum amount of Euro 5,000.00 per practice.
Europ Assistance reimburses the cancellation fee:
1. in the case of cancellation of the stay booked due to a hospital stay
(excluding Day Hospital and Emergency Room) or death, the penalty fee will
be refunded without the application of any deductible.
2. In the case of total cancellation of the booked stay is not determined by
hospitalization or death, the penalty fee will be refunded with the application
of a deductible equal to 20% of the amount of the penalty fee itself, and if
the penalty fee exceeds the maximum benefit, the uncovered amount will be
calculated on the latter.
It is understood that the calculation of the compensation will be equivalent
to the existing rates on the date which the event occurred (Art. 1914 CC).
Therefore, in the event that the Insured cancels the stay after the event, the
largest possible penalty feel will be applied.
Art. 7 MEDICAL PRIVILEGE
The Insured frees the possible doctors used in the medical examination of the
accidental damage, before or even after the accident itself, from the medical
privilege in regards to Europ Assistance.
Art. 8 EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF INSURANCE
The warranty in respect to each Insured starts on the day of booking/confirmation
of stay and lasts until the first day of the accommodation itself, meaning the start
of the holiday at the moment when the Insured should have been present at the
accommodation booked (check-in).
SECTION IV
TRAVEL INSURANCE RECONSTRUCTION
SPECIAL DEFINITIONS OF THE SECTION
Injury: is the accident due to a random, violent and external cause that produces
objectively ascertainable injury and results in: death, permanent or temporary
disability.
Sickness: the alteration from the state of good health not dependent on the
accident.
Pre-existing sickness: sickness that is the expression or the direct consequence
of chronic pathological conditions or pre-existing at the commencement of the
warranty.

Art. 9 SUBJECT OF THE INSURANCE
If the Insured, in the case of illness and/or injury, should need to interrupt the
insured journey, Europ Assistance will reimburse the fees from the part of the
trip not used, calculated as is specified in "CRITERIA FOR ASSESSMENT OF
DAMAGES".
The part of the trip which was unused will be refunded up to a maximum value
equal to the purchase of travel as provided for in the policy pursuant to the
"DETERMINATION OF THE MAXIMUM COVERAGE” article.
Art. 10 TERRITORIAL EXTENSION
This refers to the countries where the accident occurred and in which the
warranties and services are provided, in other words in Italy, the Republic of San
Marino and the Vatican City.
Art. 11 EXCLUSIONS
This excludes travel disruptions caused by:
a. pre-existing diseases at the time of commencement of the warranty;
b. pregnancy or pathological conditions resulting from this;
c. nervous and mental illnesses;
d. sickness or injuries whose treatment was the purpose of travel.
Art. 12 OBLIGATIONS OF THE INSURED
Following the interruption of the trip, the Insured must send, no later than sixty
days from the returning to his/her residence, a claim - by accessing the portal
https://sinistrionline.europassistance.it following the instructions (or accessing
the site directly www.europassistance.it under the accident section)
or
will have to send by a telegram or fax to no. 02.58.47.70.19, a written complaint
addressed to: Europ Assistance - Piazza Trento, 8 - 20135 Milano – outlining on
the envelope the competent office (Claims Settlement Office – Travel Writeup) and including:
1. name, surname, address, telephone number;
2. Europ Assistance card number;
3.authorization to the processing of personal data by entering the following
statement in the complaint which must be signed by the Insured: "I authorize
Europ Assistance Italia S.p.A. to process my personal data, including sensitive
data, to evaluate the settlement of the claim";
4. the cause for the interruption of the trip;
5. travel program;
6. return date:
7. certificate of travel payment:
8.medical certificate drawn up at the casualty site, describing the pathology
suffered or the medical diagnosis certifying the need for the insured to
interrupt the journey.
9.the confirmation statement of the reservation issued by the Organization/
Travel Agency.
Failure to comply with the requirements related to filing claim for the accident
may result in the loss of the right to compensation pursuant to Article 1915
of the C.C.
Art. 13 CRITERIA FOR DAMAGE LIQUIDATION
Europ Assistance will calculate the daily value of the trip, dividing the total value
declared in the policy for the number of days originally planned, and will pay the
remaining days not used by the Insured. The day of the interruption of the trip
and the re-entry date foreseen at the beginning of the journey, are considered
as a single day.
Art. 14 MEDICAL PRIVILEGE
The Insured frees the possible doctors used in the medical examination of the
accidental damage, before or even after the accident itself, from the medical
privilege in regards to Europ Assistance.
Art. 15 EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF INSURANCE
The insurance, for each individual insured, will commence from the date of
commencement of stay (check-in) and will stay in place until the end of the same
stay (check-out). The maximum duration of uninterrupted stay abroad during the
period of validity of the Insurance is 60 days.
Art. 16 DETERMINATION OF THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT
For this Section the portion of the trip which is unused will be refunded up to
a maximum equal to the purchase value of the trip, this maximum may never,
however, be higher than Euro 5,000.00 for Practice.
COMPLAINTS
Any claims against the company relating to the management of the contract or
the management of accidents must be submitted in writing to:

If the applicant is not satisfied by the outcome of the complaint or in the event
of failure of response within a maximum period of forty-five days, he/she may
contact IVASS (Institute for the Supervision of Insurance) - User Protection Service
- Via del Quirinale 21 - 00187 Roma.
Complaints directed to IVASS should contain:
a) name, surname and residence of the complainant, with contact telephone
number;
b) identification of the person or persons who the individual is complaining about;
c) short description of the reason for complaint;
d) copy of the complaint presented to the insurance company and any possible
feedback provided by the company;
e) all useful documentation to more fully describe the relevant circumstances
For the resolution of cross-border disputes there is an option to complain
to the ISVAP or activate the competent foreign operating system by the FINNET procedure (accessing the website: http://ec.europa.eu/internal_market/
finservices-retail/finnet/index_en.htm).
This does not affect the right to appeal to the Judicial Authority.
The text of the guarantees and benefits referred to in points 1, 2, 3, 4, is to be
considered purely indicative. Prior to subscribing read the Terms of Insurance
which will be delivered by tour operators to make sure all the tour participants.
