As you know you have been riding the Stateof Nevada contract for core
serviceswhich include Centrex,PR[, Tl's and many others.
This contractis setto expireDec. 31st2009
Becauseof the negotiationdelaysbetweenAT&T and the Stateof Nevada
we haverequestedan extensionof the existing contractfor two months.
This would move the expirationdateto Feb. 28th2010
The contractwill be signed by the Stateof Nevada next week and then I
needto get it to you and have you sign it and returnit immediately.
I will be contactingyou individually aboutthis process.
If we needto go beforethe SchoolBoard, City Council or the Board of
County Commissionerspleaseadd us to the next agendaand I will have a
copy of the extensionto you prior to that date.
Pleaseemail make when that date will be.
If we do not get a signedcopy back to us by Dec. 31styour rateswill
fall back to the Month to Month rate. Your rider contract will have
expired and you will have to wait for the new contractto take effect
which will be when the Statesigns it in February and we get a rider
contract to you.
The goodnews is that the ratesfor Centrex, T1's and PRI have been
reduced,more on the new contractwill be availableon the Stateof
NevadaPurchasinswebsite.
