SUNDAY, OCTOBER 16—9:00 & 11:00 A.M.
Greetings (9:00 A.M.)
We are just days away from major construction and renovation
being completed in our Worship and Ministry Centre. By next
Sunday, the washrooms on the main level will be functional – at
last! Soon our Library will be operating again. On November 6,
the Cornerstone Café will be open. After this, some “behind the
scenes” work plus “touch ups” remain. As we look back over
these 18 months, we have had to contend with dust and
inconvenience, but overall a spirit of joy and excitement has
permeated all of our gatherings. On this third Sunday of our
Grand Opening Celebrations, we truly have much to celebrate.
Today, we welcome several special guests – at 9:00 A.M., Ms.
Monique Taylor, the MPP for Hamilton Mountain. And at 11:00
A.M., Mr. Terry Whitehead, Councillor for Ward 8. Both will bring
greetings. Along with them, we are honoured to have Mrs.
Snezana Popov, Senior Manager for Public Sector and Not For
Profit Group of the CIBC. We are grateful for all she has done in
working closely with Ken Hajas to arrange the financing of our
building expansion. It will be our joy to express our thanks to Ken
and Kathy and to Snezana for all they have done behind the
scenes to assist the church financially.

Guest Speaker
Committed to seeking Him and making His Word fully known.
If you’ve had an answer to prayer recently, jot it down on a yellow
