PLAYHOUSE
Located at the corner of the Flagler Bridge, Royal Poinciana Way,
and Cocoanut Row, the Playhouse could not have a better location.
It stands as a welcoming gateway to the heart of Palm Beach Island.
Designed in 1957 by famed architect John Volk,
the Royal Poinciana Playhouse is both
a community icon and a symbol of artistic celebration.
On the outside, large scale openings, wide arches,
and porticos invite passersby to relax and linger.
Inside, crystal chandeliers, silk wallpaper, and bold hues
create an atmosphere of pure sophistication.
